There was a time when Hollywood made a slew of sexploitation movies. Not anymore. Instead, what are they making now? Crap like "Jackass 2". What about movies for the perv audience? After all, we like to see ourselves onscreen too.

The rape movie of the day is "The Hot Box". A group of pretty North American nurses in South America are kidnapped by some revolutionaries and are forced to service them including sexually. The major rape scene is one of the nurses, wearing a sleeveless blouse and hot pants, is violated by a corrupt army officer. She puts up a fight, but he punches her out and has his way with her. The actresses were unknown then and now, but the writer and producer of the movie which came out in the 70's is famous, "Silence of the Lambs" Jonathan Demme.

I'd like to mention a movie I've never seen but has rape scenes in it. "Lady on a Bus" starring Sonia Braga. It's a foreign film that's why I've never seen it. But I've seen images of Braga getting raped from it. Wish they'd do an English language remake so I could see what I'm missing.

The movie was made by a Japanese horror director named Takashi Miike (I have never heard of this director) and was originally shot for the Showtime cable network in the U.S. However, Showtime refused to air it.

According to a review in Toronto's NOW Magazine (see link in my URL), the movie has "sexual torture, incest, bloody fetuses being tossed in a river...". Now, I could do without the incest and the fetuses, but the sexual torture part interests me, and it looks like there might be some rope bondage in the movie, based on one of the blurry photos on the back of the DVD's cover.

Anyway, this movie caught my attention today and I was wondering if anyone has seen it.

Another Miike film I saw was Ichi The Killer, a wildly over-the-top violent romp that includes several rapes and a scene in which a bound woman gets tortured by having her nipples sliced off (!) and an even more hard-to-watch scene where another woman gets her nipples bit off! Yowch!

I haven't seen Imprint, but I have seen the trailer, and it looks like more of his highly stylized bondage, violence and gore. YouTube has it at my Homepage URL above. Looks like one to check out.

I laughed out loud when I read that. Clearly, when you step outside of the Bring Out The GIMP environment, you risk the wrath of the politically correct.

Now comes my contribution to the additions to the rape movie database. This is not a new movie addition, rather a scene description from a movie already listed but with no comments. The movie is "The Nightcomers" with Marlon Brando and Stephanie Beacham (at least I think that's how her last name is spelled). Now keep in mind it has been 35 years since I saw this film but I remember it as the most erotic bondage scene in mainstream films that had been done to that time.

Peter Quint (Brando) enters Miss Jessel's (Beacham's) room while she sleeps. He carries a long length of rope with him. He ties one of her wrists and wraps it around the bedpost and she awakens. Then he binds the other wrist and turns her onto her stomach and wraps that one around the other post. Then he uses the unused portion of cord to lash her butt and thighs. Cut scene to Miss Jessel hogtied on the floor but with a couple of twists. Her arms are crossed in front and bound and there is a cord running from her ankles wrapped around her throat. He is still lashing her and she rocks back and forth. She finally submits and says in her lovely English accent "Enough now Peter". Cut scene to them in bed naked and doing the dirty deed.

Not so much a rape as a submission through bondage and torment but so close it deserves to be there. Albeit only 2-3 minutes in length this a a truly Gimp-Worthy scene. All Stay Well

Hey all, I remember a poll question a while back about whether a bondage victim should undergo forced orgasms. As for my stories - keep checking bdsm library, where I am deep into a Wonder Woman saga of intense pain and suffering. Also I sometimes post short stories on the xxxratedgroups website in a group called scarlet lettres [yes that's how they spell it - just look for it in the bdsm groups].

Personally, I find the list most helpful in identifying and describing rape scenes in the mainstream cinema and from the golden age of porn. Even rape scenes identified in 1980s porn, such as Traci, I Love You, is helpful.

However, I question the wisdom of including rape scenes from recent ZFX movies such as The Apartment and Forced Entry,, as well as some of the South of the Border movies. My concern is that by adding ZFX titles to the list, we run the risk of building a list that starts to look too much like information that can be found elsewhere on this site.

Certainly, there are other ZFX movies that could be added, not to mention countless Japanese porn films. But I think such additions might distract from the true value of the Rape List, which in my view is the tracking of rape scenes primarily from the mainstream cinema.

Those are my thoughts... I wonder what others think?

What makes this TV movie memorable is that the punk forces the teacher down on the floor and puts his knee on her stomach to keep her in place. Then the camera zooms in and focuses on him unbuckling his belt. For that time that was hot for broadcast TV.

What ruined it was who starred in the title role, Patty Duke. Ugh! Why couldn't they have cast Cheryl Ladd in the role instead? Most of the other Charlie's Angels like Farrah Fawcett, Jacklyn Smith and Tanya Roberts played rape victims. Cheryl is overdue.

I thought initially about not adding the ZFX titles when I updated the list, but I took into consideration that there were already several Golden Age adult films already on the original list...so if it was meant for mainstream movies, the person who included them was already breaking that rule by putting in X-rated films to begin with. Then I thought, well, what makes older pornos with bondage and rape scenes any different from today's ZFX and other bondage movies that have rape? Was it because the older pornos used to be shown in theaters, and ZFX has only been available on home video and DVD? Is that the only difference?

If we pare down the list to only mainstream movies, I think we should remove the ZFX titles, the Forbidden titles, Die Casting, and really, any other adult entertainment, like 800 Fantasy Lane, Little Orphan Dusty, A Dirty Western, Prisoner of Pleasure, and many others.

Another problem is we sometimes have people asking "What's a good rape movie?" So if they consult the Rape List, should we deliberately eliminate some of the best rape scenes of all time, like After School Surprise and Forced Entry, just because they are not mainstream? Face it, most adult rape scenes show the act better than mainstream movies.

My thoughts about which way to go with the Rape List would be whether to include attempted scenes, like Jefferson did. I never have included them before, but I do agree with his point that attempted rape is sometimes more exciting than real rape. If we go that direction, though, this list is going to be loooong, and it might water down the list a bit by giving the attempted scenes equal billing with the real ones.

So...this calls for another poll, and this one means something because how you vote will determine how I maintain the list. The database belongs to all of you, so you get to make the decision. Isn't democracy wonderful?

The Rape List should:

A. Include only rape scenes from mainstream movies
B. Include only rape scenes from mainstream movies and Golden Age porn
C. Include rape scenes from mainstream movies and all other adult titles like ZFX, Forbidden and others
D. Be eliminated because it encourages others to rape and destroys the very fabric of society

Attempted Rape Scenes:

E. Are exciting and should be included alongside the rest of the other rape scenes
F. Are a big tease and should be excluded because they make the list too long

If it works like a true "database" (searchable by multiple keys), then you could have a couple of categories like [rape / attempted rape] and [mainstream / adult / special (HOM, ZFX, etc) / custom (Powershotz, Attackers, etc)]. If not, and you just have one list, I think that actual rape scenes in mainstream movies is the best choice.

Here's another question (just to muddy things further) -- how do we feel about scenes where a woman is forced to provide a blow job, but there is no intercourse? Certainly, in my country, the oral scene would still be considered a sexual act, but then we never had Bill Clinton as a leader. This isn't hypothetical. If oral sex alone fits the bill, then we should definitely include The Devil's Rejects, which had a terrific scene with Priscilla Barnes (formerly of the TV show, Three's Company).

The list in question may be currently living on this site, but that may not always be the case. As Ralphus and I both stated, our lists are both based on a list that was originally on the web years ago. If certain titles are left off because they can be found elsewhere on the site, the list itself is incomplete. If Ralphus joins the circus or I leave this planet, it will be up to someone else to carry on. These lists should be backed up and shared. They are the gospel (good news) of those like us to come. I personally feel they should be all inclusive and encyclopedic. I don't include things like whether a woman is hot or a scene is great because these things are subjective.

(I personally prefer victims that do NOT look like Barbie dolls. My apologies to you Roberts fans. I like real women, not the mannequins Hollywood and the fashion industry tell us are women. I like Nicole Kidman's scene in Dogville not because she is nice to look at, but because she is an excellent actress.)

When looking for new things to add to my list, I do computer generated searches with the keyword "rape". I add the hits to my list, even if the scene is off-camera. The biggest problem with not including everything, in my view of things, is that I would keep adding and subtracting the same movies because one source says there is a scene and another says nothing is actually shown. My solution is to add the movie. And if the action is off-camera, say so. With such a limited topic, I don't think there is a risk of too much information as long as all the stuff about what she is wearing, the color of her hair, tit size, whether the reviewer doesn't like pubic hair and all the other minutia is edited out.

Rick Masters, Dan Hawke, Steve Powers et al know what gimpers like. And we know roughly what to expect if we rent or buy their films. But there is something strangely exciting about renting a mainstream movie from the local video store and coming across a great rape or bondage scene. It would be a huge service to differentiate the mainstream and porno movies in the rape list.

As for attempted rape scenes, I'd either go with F or have yet another category and only include scenes where the babe is tied up.

IMO the film as a whole dragged on and was filled with pointless dialogue between a slew of rather unlikeable characters. However, the rape/murder scene was well executed. The victim, Judy Matheson, was one of my favorite "screen corpses" of the 70's. I don't think any of her characters survived an entire movie. She is asleep wearing a skimpy nightgown and hears a noise in her apartment. She rises to investigate and upon not detecting anything heads back to bed.

At that point a black gloved hand grabs her neck from around a door frame. We never see his face or really much more than the hand and arm. He forces her down on the bed and wraps a belt around her neck and cinches it through the buckle. She is forced back to her feet and he yanks down the nightie. Then back down on the bed and some more force is applied. We then see her looking directly into the camera with an expression on her face that says "I'm about to be raped and murdered and there's nothing I can do about it." Next morning her roommate arrives and finds her strangled on the bed. Nothing explicit during the scene but very obvious as to what happened, especially when the roommate talks to the police afterwards. Only memorable for this one scene. Stay Well All

re "The House that Vanished" (the title I saw it as), I love that scene. The use of the belt so he has both hands free, and the way he uses it to jerk her around, her struggle as he unzips and pulls down the nightie (she's got a nice rack, too, which doesn't hurt!), and her labored breathing as he kills her. One of my faves.

There was a slew of "House" films about that time. Everyone should be familiar with "Last House on the Left" and may know "The Last House on Dead End Street", but there's also "The House on the Edge of the Park". One girl is raped in the back-seat of her car (also strangled) with nice boob and pussy-hair shots -- before the credits! Another girl has her clothes shorn off with a straight razor and is sliced a few times on the breast and stomach. (This girl is a real cutie, young and very innocent looking). • War Victims 3: I have also seen it, and I agree that it was pretty lame. Some of the lighting in the movie is horrible and there is nothing to make this movie look like it was shot in WWII. I liked the cover art for the DVD, but the cover art is deceiving.

The House on the Edge of the Park: Ah, this is a real nasty one. In fact, it's the probably the longest scene I have on my highlights tapes that includes absolutely no bondage whatsoever. I decided to buy the movie, as I was interested to see if it still stands the test of time. Originally, I saw this movie about four years ago, at a time when I had never seen a ZFX movie or an Attackers movie, so my standards were different back then.

Sadly, the movie didn't live up to my memories. Some of the ideas were good, but something got lost in the execution. For example, there is one scene where the red-headed victim (Stefani Weaver) is bound to a chair, and one of the villains is fingering her. Unfortunately, it is obvious he isn't really fingering her, and it didn't have the same impact as any comparable scene in a Randa Mai movie.

So I think I will withdraw my recommendation for this movie. On the other hand, I'm confident the Captured Cop Trilogy, another Bon-Vue movie I recommended, holds up pretty well.

Regarding rapes in films: was there ever a film made based on serial killer Lawrence 'Pliers' Bittaker and his sidekick Roy Norris who used to kindnap teenage girls in a customized van?

A couple of movies not on Jefferson's or Ralphus' list.

"God's Gun" which is set in the old West. Sybil Danning is a hooker who is raped with other saloon girls by Jack Palance's gang. Palance just laughs at her when Sybil asks for help while one of his goons molests her.

Another is "Possessed by the Night". A weird alien rock and Shannon Tweed manipulates Sandahl Berghman's husband into forced unwanted rough sex.

It's good Canadian, but regrettably, it's not graphic. But it still got my juices going. And an attempted rape on Sybil Danning is better than no rape at all.

Two other women are also tied up and gagged in a van, but not raped. With the exception of those scenes, the movie was rather painful to watch.

I bit the bullet and joined dominatedheroines ($20), so I wanted to update everyone. Theyve actually been up and running since July and have about 51 clips uploaded. The main series that's of interest to our tastes is Princess Diamond. There are 9 2.5-minute clips (the other 6 clips of this series are non-bondage) up of this asian cutie getting beaten with a billy club and slapped around while bound AOH. IMO, the sound effects and her acting/reactions are great. In the last clips put up, she's been stripped to bra and panties and is still gettin beaten. In "Hearts in Atlantis" Hope Davis gets raped by some guy in a hotel room. Not very graphic. One of those cutaway jobs, but it's in the only memorable thing in that awful movie.

I do like the text however. I actually like a little commentary with my art. How do the rest of you feel?

Now, for all of the major league rape fans on this forum (maybe 1 or 2 right?) here is a short review of "Chaos" the remake of "Last House on the Left". I say short because I'm making the assumption that most know the storyline of that flick. I will only go over the rape scenes.

Kiddies, drop your linen and start your grinnin'. There are 3 rapes in this flick and all are disturbing in the extreme. As I do not wish to send spoilers on this one, allow me to be somewhat coy with this.

The chicks involved are both attractive. One is a blonde white chick, the other a cute girl who has a white father and a black mother. The blonde is raped twice, once after a her right nipple has been sliced off and has been stabbed in the back. She is raped as she is dying and she lays on her stomach. Thank God the next scene is not shown, only implied as she is dead and another of the villains starts to undo his pants. As jaded as I, there was a major cringe there.

They then catch the other girl and she is frog tied, not well but enough so she is imperiled and helpless. This rape occurs with a pointed object and you simply must hear what the bad guy says when it's over.

The bondage in this is minimal but effective and the rapes are absolutely brutal. If you have access to this one, MUST SEE! if rape is in your repotoire.

I think I like the sounds of this particular movie, although I'm not sure about the second rape of the blonde. I don't need that much gore added into the mix, but maybe that's just me. (Between your movie's hacked-up victims and Ralphus' ants, I think I'm getting squeamish in my old age.)

The strip scenes arent too violent. The woman is almost unconscious or not fighting back much if at all when then villain lifts her shirt up or removes her skirt/panties.

Today's rape movie is "Sex Crimes" a 1992 straight to video piece of crap. Obscure actress Maria Richwine plays a lawyer who becomes a judge who is raped in a barn by a convict. The bitch cries like a baby, but it's one of those cheating rape scenes in which there is no upclose views of nudity and abuse. What does stick out is the obtrusive music score which plays during the rape like a "Perils of Pauline" thing. This movie is badly written directed and acted. Only reason to see it is to see how blind, deaf and dumb people put together a movie.

While I'm at it, I'd like to throw in, the similarly named movie "Love Crimes" starring Sean Young. Although there is no explicit rape scenes, it does flirt with the idea so it may be worth a look.

Really now, guys. I admit I'm not a foot fetishist, but I never even noticed the toes of the chick in the artwork. What I liked was the clever caption and the fact that the ants were invading the poor woman's private area. That's hot!

Okay, not everyone agrees, but I have too many cool insect torture pics to keep to myself. If you don't like it...well, what did you pay to get in? :)

Sloth: Which version of Chaos did you rent? I got hold of the director's cut and discovered the nipple slicing scene was edited out! You could hear what was going on, but you couldn't see it. Then they did the same thing for the first rape scene...nothing but cutaways to the crowd over top of the audio track, which only gave you an idea of the evil goings-on. Once I realized I was watching a butchered print, I shut the thing off after 39 minutes. I do intend to seek it out, but I want to see the real movie, not some censored piece of crap.

I'm looking for some websites that offer videos/streaming videos of movies like ZFX offers, storyline movies with bondage and torture. I'm not worried about the feds.....I'm worried about getting googled by some banker that is deciding whether or not to give me a merchant account...then finding my stuff on a rape list. At the moment...the feds are the least of our worries. They've tried to prosecute us in court and failed a few times. The crackdown by banks is far more insidious and threatening. It should cause everyone to take note of who is really in charge today. Big brother isn't the feds....it's the corporations that decide who lives or dies....and they are untouchable. A producer like me has absolutely no power against them. We need only decide whether we want to do as they say....or die.

Don't worry. No matter which way the vote goes on the rape poll, I'll make sure we don't include any Powershotz movies on the list.

I can see all points of view, and I'm not that strong in my choices, but I prefer (A), as, like bondage in mainstream movies, it's more interesting to have a guide to films that might be available at the local video library, rather than bulking up the list with porn films that probably won't be available anyway.

As for attempted rape, I enjoy those scenes, and so would choose (E), except that how do you decide how far along a scene goes in order to include it? So long as it's not me having to make that decision, I'm happy with it.

If you can have 2 categories, I would keep the pornos on the list so people have something to consult if they want to know whether a certain movie is worth it or not to them personally.

Similarly, with attempted rape, you really need to make it a separate category. That would be disappointing to go buy or rent a movie thinking there was a good rape scene and then discover it was attempted rape. I agree attempted rape is exciting to many, but I would personally want to know that's what was in the movie and not an actual rape.

Rape in adult movies might be an idea for a list of it's own, but I think the very idea with this list should be to list movies where such scenes are not really expected and/or explicitly obvious from the title or the plot. To me, it sounds somewhat unnecessary to include the film "Brutal Gang Rape of Teenage Volleyball Team" in a list of movies with rape scenes, it kind of insults the intelligence of the reader of the list... ;-)

With regards to the rape list poll, let me begin by saying that rape scenes in movies are not a big turn-on for me. The action in mainstream movies is fake by definition. Erotically speaking, I prefer scenes that are more realistic and visually appealing. Rape scenes usually have a lot of struggling, crying, screaming, and so on, none of which is all that visually appealing. Give me a naked woman, bound, perhaps AOH, facing some type of peril...visually, it's the real deal.

My personal preferences aside, I would vote A and F. I can see where a list of mainstream movies with rape scenes would be of interest to the rape scene aficionado...it's always nice to find those little nuggets in unexpected places. Lots of porn movies have rape scenes, and I think including them would diminish the value of the list. Attempted rape scenes are about as (un)exciting to me as successful (?) rape scenes. I would leave them off the list only to keep things simple and preserve the integrity of the list.

The Abduction of Sweet Christine: Left me cold, but it's been years since I saw it. I liked Rebecca in Squealer much more.

In answer to your question I have a real goodie. I produce the hardcoreabduction series and while nothing terrible has ever happened, there have been some things that went wrong that you might be interested to hear. In shooting "Cemetery," which stars a beautiful blonde model, I dropped her off in a huge cemetery with the instructions that I would exit and return while shooting and "just happen" to spot this likely victim. To exit and return would take perhaps 4-5 minutes tops. But in that time span, she disappeared!

When I finally located her, this was the story. I thought I would weigh in on the many polls that have been on here of late.

As to the rape scenes database, I think it should be limited to mainstream films, with possibly some golden age porn. Basically with ZFX and other fetish films, the buyer knows what they are getting or are likely to get, so those shouldn't make the list. Also many of these films don't have a long shelf life, so they may be on the list long after they are available (ZFX do have a shelf life, I know, but this still applies to most other fetish companies).

As to attempted or completed, I think in line with my suggestion above, it doesn't matter. Both should be listed.

I'm not a big user of this feature, but I think its value is to point to obscure movies GIMPers might not automatically be drawn to viewing.

Now a more important topic, tits!

I am a bit of a breast man myself, a sucker for big'uns. So I am biased here. Do I prefer natural large breasts to fake ones? Sure! And I have shot many, Piglet/Mallory Knots, Darling and many others. However not all women are so naturally endowed. I don't like freakishly outrageous boobs, but appropriate fake tits are fine, as long as the job was done well and they look natural to the babe in question.

Tats, I don't mind a few small illustrations on a hot chick, but I don't like large or excessive tats. But even here I can be quite forgiving. For example, I think Darling is one of the hottest of my recent models and she has an enormous tattoo. However it is on her back and, while large, is somewhat tasteful (solid black and abstract).

Regarding the Poll, I prefer natural ones (Lisa Kinkaid's are up in my top 5) but if they are fake or altered or enhanced, these must be decent and "realistic"...(my favourite Cannuck Girl Shay Sights is a good example, Carmen Luvana is another). As a self-proclaimed tit-bondage afficionado, I must say that I ALMOST always find fake boobs much less appealing than real boobs, even if the real boobs are medium to smallish. That is because the way fake vs real boobs look in bondage is so different - real boobs get get a real strained look under tight bondage, with the skin at the rope wrinkling under the pressure, and can really be made to look disfigured - that is what I like best. I say ALMOST because, as Natasha points out, a well done boob job can look fantastic in rare cases... such as Jewell Marceau, who is one of the sexiest gals in the scene, but, from what I have been told, has a boob job.

I don't know if this will amount to anything, but movie directors Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino are working together on a film called Grindhouse, which is scheduled for release in April 2007. Some of my recent favorites -- like Squealer and the Attackers movie, Real World III -- had pretty basic storylines and settings, and they both worked very well. I don't know if I have worked up the nerve yet to attempt more orders from the U.S. (I have had movies confiscated in the past by Canada Customs). But I like Video Mayhem's selection and Car Show has definitely caught my interest.

Jefferson James: I have a number of gay friends, as well, but there's no way you're going to sell me on the idea of including male-to-male rapes in The Rape List.

I am interested in GIMP scenes, not BIMP scenes. There is probably a legitimate need to establish a list of scenes where males get raped, and I am even happy to contribute some comments on movies such as Pulp Fiction and Deliverance. But that list belongs on a different board. We have to remain committed to the prime directive, seeking out as many scenes as possible that show girls in merciless peril.

Like I say, I saw Car Show with a bit of trepidation, not because of the girls, but because it was recommended to me. I pretty much agree with your grade and your assessments...a decent rape film that could have been improved with tighter bondage and better casting, IMO. I thought the girls were okay but neither one really rang my bell, which is probably why I would probably give it a C+ myself. A better Hardcore Abduction film with the same theme is Sisters (URL above), with 2 cuter girls and better bondage, at least for the first half while the really cute sister is getting bound and banged (and maybe even "tapped", although I'm not sure).

Male rape scenes on the Rape List: The only reason we have any male rape scenes there is because they were part of the original list that we started with. I've never added any myself and don't see the need to put any more in there now. Likewise with the Male Whipping section of the Whipping Scene database...I have no interest in them and only included that section because it was part of Oslo's site, sort of a package deal, as it were. I'd be willing to bet that it has to be the section on this website that has the fewest hits of any of our special features. I might have only visited there once or twice myself, just to see if we had it set up correctly.

I have nothing against gay people, but I think that would be a good change to make when we revamp the Rape List. Anybody want to give me a good reason why we should keep titles in there that feature male rape? Like A Canadian stated, they just don't fit the theme of this site.

That is, how you started out has a LOT to do with how you look afterward. And I really liked my tits before the boobjob, I just always wished they were a tad bigger. I guess you can blame it on the cliche media image of woman and all those Victoria Secret catalogues I get in the mail. But I only went up 1 cup size; if most girls did that, they might not be so silly looking. Unfortunately, if you're a barely legal cup size, any implant is going to look a bit silly because there is just not enough flesh and fat to cover it properly. Hence, the mellons just sticking there. Or if you go for the double EE. Not good.

That rape scene in Pulp Fiction was not exactly to my taste but I appreciated the shock value of it. And, OMG, you truly thought the time spent watching "Pulp Fiction" was wasted in spite of the male rape scene? Say it isn't so! I know, I know, you were waiting for that rape scene and it was male, but "Pulp Fiction" rocks, IMO. That movie has some of the best dialogue and delivery ever. I've watched it numerous times.

I can't remember who said that I'm confused because men all want different things. That is very, very true. Even Isaac and I don't agree on what girls are good looking when hiring models for the site. I guess that's why most sites probably need to have a string of models to try to keep everyone happy. The brunette that stars in Car Show stars in a number of HA titles. Sometimes the action in a film supersedes the looks of the model. I prefer attractive models in films with great action as opposed to a real knockout model in a lame video.

Audrey is SWEET! She has a really beautiful face. Can she act? What other Powershotz movies is she in?

I was intrigued by the plot of the recent Powershotz movie, PZV117: Private Security, about two cute girls who decide to shoplift some lingerie from a shopping mall, only to be taught a lesson when caught by mall security. Even better was the fact that two wholesome-looking blondes (Andi and Shelby) are cast as the shoplifting duo. But ultimately, this one misses the mark at nearly every turn.

The first big mistake occurs near the beginning of the vid, where we see the two girls accosted by mall security as they are headed to their car after their shoplifting venture. There's a quick cut, and then all of a sudden we see both girls bound and cleave-gagged in the back of a van. What happened to the initial tying, gagging and protest by the girls? It seems like we're missing an important scene. And then the ride in the van is padded and boring, showing them struggling for 8 long minutes, which is about 6 1/2 minutes too long.

Then we see them tied up inside some house, facing each other and handcuffed arms over head in a standing position. They are groped and slowly stripped of their clothes, and we see they are wearing the stolen lingerie underneath their shorts and tops.

And from here til nearly the end of the DVD comes another mistake, or at least a poorly thought-out directorial choice. Director Steve Power chooses to show the bondage sequences with the split-screen or picture-in-picture, showing the same action from two different angles at the same time. I can understand the motivation behind this, but to me, it was a gimmick that instead draws attention to itself and away from the action onscreen.

As a viewer, you can't really watch two movies at one time, so I ended up choosing whichever side of the screen was more interesting...and then I only got to see a portion of it anyway, because the other half was cut off. If you're using two cameras and filming the action from two different angles, the editor is the one who should choose which shot works better when he puts the movie together in the first place. I sincerely hope Power will rethink using the splitscreen and abandon it in his future DVD releases.

Leaving Andi tied up alone, one of the captors takes Shelby on a table and ties her wrists and ankles behind her and gropes her naked ass a bit, then winds a rope around her neck and forces his finger into her open mouth. After skillfully trussing her up in a tight hogtie, he fills her mouth with a blue ballgag, and helps himself to her helplessly bound body. He even sticks those Japanese nose hooks in her nostrils and forces her to pull her head up and arch her back. It is easily the most effective bondage sequence in the movie.

Then we see Shelby in an uncomfortable bondage position as she is bound on her back over a small portable cart, with her head and legs tied hanging down over the sides. He whips her a few times with a riding crop, then brings out Andi and forces her to bury her face into Shelby's crotch. Andi is never bound (should have been) but is treated roughly and dominated, while her friend can only watch.

Then we see the girls once again bound and in the van, and one of the captors announces they're going to take them "someplace where they'll never be found", which elicits a scared reaction from them. And I'm thinking, hey, this might get interesting. The van stops and instead of dumping the girls out on the dirt and grass, they are gently laid out onto a huge piece of cardboard that for some reason is lying out there all by itself. How convenient. The men throw their clothes at the bound women and take off, leaving them to untie themselves and somehow find their way home, even though they are presumably left out in the middle of nowhere. Except there's another major mistake that blows the whole illusion.

"I don't even know where we're at!" one exclaims. "I don't care, we'll just start walking til we find a house," the other replies, and as they walk away, the camera pans RIGHT BY A HOUSE, complete with two cars in front of it! This final scene was obviously shot right in someone's driveway. Oh well, there goes that fantasy.

Just when I thought this one was over, it's rescued by a shorter (about 20 minutes long) unrelated segment with two other girls, Audrey and Abby, who are chained together and kneeling in a small enclosed area of a cold basement. And fortunately, this story works much better. Abby is a tattooed waif with dirty blonde hair (and dark roots...yuck), not anyone who I would consider attractive. But her partner Audrey is a dark haired, brown eyed cutie, and she made the rest of the movie work for me. The two captives are inspected by their captor and a prospective buyer, intending to sell them into white slavery.

The best scene in the movie is the final one, where we see Audrey tied to a chair, and the camera stays on her as we hear the sound of her friend being beaten and raped (and catch glimpses of it from the corner of the screen). It was really a brilliant choice to leave the camera on her as she watches helplessly while her friend is violated. This saved the movie, in my opinion.

As a whole, this one had potential, and it's not without its highlights, but it's not very well made. There are jump cuts in the middle of shots, some sequences run too long, and as mentioned, the whole split-screen thing weakened the final product. Three of the 4 girls are easy on the eyes, and you could do worse than watch them get tied up and dominated for an hour and a half. Let's just hope that Powershotz corrects their mistakes in future productions.

And Video Mayhem is right, another two girl title, with an even hotter model is "Sisters". She unfortunately, is no longer in the biz, but I still have two, as yet unreleased, scenes of her. One will be up at the beginning of the month and is called "Debbie". The best part is that SHE wrote the script! It's the only video that one of the models has written, and is the sad story of yet another of that same cheerleading squad to get an unexpected visit from the Stalker.

But back to Brain who asked about things going wrong on a shoot. I mentioned the time that we shot "Cemetery" and the situation that happened. Well, here is another. When we did one scene where the masked man rolls under a descending garage door (a la Indi Jones), guess what? A neighbor saw it and called the cops. So, while a near naked model was trussed up on the floor a cop knocks on the door to ask if everything was all right as a person was seen sneaking into the garage. We explained that it was just my buddy playing a practical joke and all was well.

I didn't watch all of Pulp Fiction, and I found what I did watch to be boring. There seemed to be no story, perhaps there was and I didn't give it a chance. It might be a great movie, I've heard that it is. It just didn't seem to be my sort of movie. I am really not into dramas, adventure films and the like other than for the rape scenes. I'd much rather watch a comedy or a movie like Moulin Rouge (2001), King of Hearts (1967) or Dead Man (1995).

Seriously, I'm not a big fan of nose hooks. Their whole purpose is to humiliate a pretty girl by making her look ugly. And that's what Steve did to Shelby in that scene, dominating her with harsh bondage and basically doing whatever he wanted to her to show her who was in charge. Plus I love hogties, and that was a particularly tight one.

BTW, as with all my reviews, your mileage may vary. I grade a movie based on the whole product, but even movies that I give mediocre grades may still have scenes that make them worthwhile. The final scene with Audrey tied to the chair watching her friend get raped will definitely make my highlights DVD.

One of these days I'm going to send you a dvd that you are going to love! I'd agree with you that it rates a C.....I'd give it slightly higher marks for model attractiveness because Shelby is freakin hot. That was Shelby's first bondage shoot so she had no idea what to expect. We started in a mall parking lot and had to high tail it out of there when people started to congregate. The part where the two girls are shopping for lingerie was shot by one of the models escorts before they came to the studio. I'd have nailed that scene but didn't have time to get there. The shoot was done on a $600 budget. Shoots are often crap shoots.

The scene where Shelby is dominated and hog tied on the table is hot. That's the kind of scene you watch in slow motion if you are into bondage.

The scene where Audrey is cuffed to the chair and forced to watch while Abbey has sex is one of my favorites...her facial expressions are awesome and she looks hot sitting nude cuffed to that chair anticipating.........during that scene.....a strange woman put her face up to the window and looked in. Audrey screamed...I thought we were going to get busted. I didn't have the camera running when it happened. Wish I'd have caught that on tape! There is a huge element of risk in these shoots. That is one thing that most people don't realize. You are always waiting for that knock on the door.

The cardboard on the ground at the end when we let them go was placed there because the area was covered with bugs and noxious weeds.

It's interesting to hear your perspective on two camera split screen. I don't get many honest reviews on it. I like the two angle splits because it allows me to choose the angle I like. I'm really into the body display aspects of abduction fantasy oftentimes more so than the script.

As a reader and sometime contributer here, I'm happy that you took the recent reviews in the right spirit. The reason this site is so valuable is that the reviewers are honest without any fear or favour, even when the film is made by 'one of ours', and someone who's essentially an online friend of the reviewer. If a film gets an 'A' from Ralphus, we all know it's something special.

I think it's this honesty and openness that makes this site such a favourite with so many great filmmakers.

Sometimes, people will purchase a movie just to get their hands on the standout scenes. For example, the main reason I was determined to get my hands on a copy of the ZFX film, Ballista 2, was because I felt I had to own the scene with Lisa getting whipped. Actually, the entire movie is quite good, but the first time I saw it -- as a streamed video from Rick's site -- I knew I had to own that whipping scene. I think some people may feel the same way about the "Audrey" scene in Private Security.

Having said that, I'm a little worried about Steve's explanation for the use of the cardboard in that one outdoor scene. Now that Ralphus knows there was the chance to have bugs crawling on the women -- and that the filmmakers chose to not allow that to happen -- my fear is that Ralphus may downgrade his final grade for the movie.

Of particular attention is Mr. D's excellent explanation of what some of their earlier vids themselves are like. I've heard that a lot of their later releases are improved, however.

A couple of years ago I bought a couple of movies from Silverback through his hardcore abductions site. The two I chose were okay, but he threw in a third in for free called Trish and JJ that I really liked because the cute young actress getting tapped cried convincingly during the tapping and you could almost see some penetration while she was bound. I always like to hear a little crying, whimpering, screaming, etc. while I am watching a little tap tap, so that seen got good marks in my book.

I was also very satisfied with the customer service, and I would not hesitate to order from him again.

Ralphus is a tough critic all right. I would have given Private Security at least a B for the Audrey/Abby scene alone.

Gimpers might want to check out 'Wired Up and Felt Up' with Lexus. Personally I think this is another gem. Lexus is tied spreadeagle with wires between two posts. First off, it's Lexus. Who's hot. And for a good part of the scene she is ungagged and begging to be released, offering to suck cock, crying about how much it hurts. I know most of you gimpers can't stand a girl ungagged, but personally I thought the scene rocked. I might have to buy the DVD on this one.

This movie had one scene that started out hot where an innocent looking young black girl was held down, forcibly stripped (full frontal nudity) and tied up. However, the scene was quickly ruined for me by the grotesque way in which she was murdered only seconds later. Instead of tapping her with his penis, the bad guy shoved his big hunting knife all the way inside her until he hit some vital organs and she died. He then said something like "too bad there is nothing left to fuck." What a waste and that much blood and ick just makes me queasy.

There was also the scene where the bad guy cut the nipple off the hot young blond. This scene was done realistically, and again there was so much blood that it left me sick to my stomach, and that is not why I watch GIMP movies. The bad guy then flipped her over and stabbed her several times in the kidneys and such before pulling her pants down and tapping her from behind. She was covered in blood by this time, and once she was stabbed a few times, she lost consciousness, do by the time he started tapping her, she was oblivious to what was going on and died while he was doing it.

Had he tapped her before he started in with the butchering, this could have been a good scene since the girl was really cute, scared as hell, fairly resistant and a fairly good actress. However, once the blood started flowing so freely, I lost all interest. The movie itself didn't have much of a plot and wasn't very entertaining, and I wouldn't really recommend it.

In the same genre I also saw Devils Rejects, and thought that movie was overall very entertaining, with some really funny scenes that I won't spoil. It also had a few that were Gimpworthy, and I will tell you all about those. First scene is where the bad guy forces Priscilla Barnes (Terri from Three's Company) to strip to her underwear in front of a room full of people including her husband. We get a flash of her titty as the bad guy fondles her and he forces her to kiss him while he sticks his gun in her panties. It is a well acted and convincing scene, but it ended way too soon. She never gets completely naked and she doesn't get tapped.

Now, you may be thinking Priscilla Barnes, isn't she old? Well, as one of the characters in the movie said "Nice work bro! She's got a tight ol' ass on her!" And I would have to agree. She still looks pretty hot.

Later in the movie there is a short scene where the cute blond female lead gets caught by the sheriff and he ties her to a chair and menaces her and staples photos of a couple of her victims to her chest using a staple gun. He later lets her go and she runs while he chases her down and is about to tap her. Unfortunately, he is interrupted by one of her inbred relatives and she escapes.

Indeed, last Christmas, I posted a year-end review for 2005, and I named Priscilla Barnes as the most overlooked actress from last year. As you pointed out, her body has withstood the test of time, and even though she doesn't get tapped, she is effectively humiliated and exploited.

I am wondering if anyone has any insights on the other movies she appeared in, and whether there are any preferred favorites. If I were to judge on cast lists alone, I would think Incubus 2 might be one to watch for, as it seems to have most of my favorite ZFX stars. But I don't really know.

You would think so, wouldn't you? Unfortunately, you'd be wrong. Lisa Kinkaid, Chandra Sweet, Penelope Pace, Candi Licks, Monica Moore, Amy Van Allen...that's a virtual ZFX all-star team, but this one was a mess. This was one of Rick's worst, IMO, a real hodgepodge of scenes that didn't really make sense. Plus it was overproduced with a fog-like haze through the only really good segment, which was Chandra and Bryan Dunhill putting clamps on a tied-up Amy. I don't think this is out on DVD yet; maybe Rick will go back and reedit it like he did on Fair Warning and take away the visual effects that got in the way.

I always get a big kick out of mainstream movies that give us GIMP-worthy scenes. Often times, they are small, independent films with little fanfare, and they rarely get shown in theaters. But obviously, there's a demand for films that depict women tied up and tortured, and even snuffed sometimes in the case of horror films. I found a couple interesting ones yesterday. One is called Demon Board that's still in production, and it features some very nice-looking women in an inquisition-like setting, with hanging, rack torture and burning at the stake (so you know this pyro-freak is interested). The same production company also has a movie out called The Abberdine County Conjuror that looks promising, starring some of the same girls in more torturous situations. I don't know if either movie is any good, but you have to admire them for making the effort.

Followup : Since Ralphus pointed out my old review of the once-named "Gangbangers" series, I went and read what I wrote again.

I stand by what I wrote but reiterate that they reference older vids. The only thing I wish to add that I should have pointed out the first time is that although some of the women are indeed gorgeous, some of the roles they play require a definite suspension of disbelief. The Prom Queen, for example is a rather attractive woman with a nice rack, but a High School Prom Queen? Hardly.

A look at Silverback's web site shows that some of the newer videos (see The Setup and The Reporter for examples) seem to hint at more of a plot and even something of an ongoing character (the "Stalker").

Should I decide to take a look at any of his newer stuff, I'll definitely post a review.

The story is about wannabe starlets who audition with a creepy guy and end up getting tortured to death. Original, huh?

A brief run-down on the scenes of note:

1. With the opening credits rolling, we see a woman in her undies strapped to a gurney and gagged with a rubber muzzle thing. The killer rips off her top and then tortures her breasts with a three-pronged claw. He then takes a blow torch to her leg.

2. The next GIMP scene has the another victim strapped to a wheelchair and ballgagged. The killer attaches electric cables to the chair and gives her some juice. Then he attaches them to her ears to finish her off.

3. Victim No. 3 is chained to a table in her underwear and gagged with a belt. She gets tortured with a soldering iron.

4. After a long lull, the killer finally gets around to another lovely. He handcuffs her, ballgags her and puts her in a wooden box. He eventually drives spikes through the box. This scene was a major disappointment. Handcuffs in front? What's with that?! Not only could she have removed the ballgag with her hands but it was also tied on so loosely that she could have spit it out.

5. The killer later orders a brunette wannabe starlet to fasten a blonde to a cross. She gets a rag stuffed in her mouth. He pulls out her nipple ring and pierces her other nipple.

6. The brunette gets bashed in the mouth, loses some teeth and then is strapped topless to a wooden wheel. She is not gagged because, I guess, her mouth was too much of a mess. The torturer then flogs her with a whip that has metal hooks on the end.

7. The heroine gets knocked out. We later find her in bra and panties manacled (hands in front, arrrgh!), cleave gagged and stuck in a tank, much like from The Cell. Then the water pours in. Perhaps the most boring torture in the movie.

The pluses of the movie? The victims were all attractive. The bondage was mostly tight, and the screams and terror of the women were realistic.

The minuses? Despite all the sexual atmosphere of this film, the killer never taps any of the victims. It also takes too long for the killer to get around to the lovely women stuck in his castle, but I guess this is a mainstream movie. And hands tied or cuffed IN FRONT and loose gags are perhaps my biggest pet peeves.

I hope this helps some of my fellow GIMPers and that I didn't go on too long.

Meanwhile, I'm not much of a Halloween guy, but maybe I'll finally try to get my hands on a copy of the The Last House on the Left. I have never seen it, but descriptions of the film suggest it could be my type of horror movie.

The basic premise is a group of young American women calling themselves International Students for Peace are causing trouble in a central american banana republic. The opening has one of these chicks named Jenny (to tell the truth, since all of the jail guards have an Alabama accent, I've never been able to tell whether she is Jenny, Jeannie or Janie so I'm calling her Jenny) suspended by her wrists from the ceiling, ankles chained to floor and legs spread while blindfolded near the desk of the jail's office. A friend named Jessica comes looking for her and Jenny is taken away. Jessica gets a grope search and blindfold and is taken to the office where after talking to the commander is able to snoop a bit and find traces that Jenny is there. She is escorted out and vows to return.

Jenny has now been brought back to the office and placed face up on the desk. Her wrists and ankles are chained and she has a cord around her waist and through her crotch. A hook is placed on the waist cord and is used to hoist her up so only her inverted palms and feet contact the desk. She also has a nipple clamp applied.

Cut to another room where an unamed girl prisoner stands with wrists bound behind and cord knotted in her hair and attached to ceiling. She receives a dose of lashing and torment from a female guard. Meanwhile, Jessica has slipped undetected back inside and she finds Jenny tied AOH with her left leg lifted so high it almost reaches her hands (this chick must have been real popular in high school) and she is gagged. Jessica watches as guards torment Jenny and apparently digs this as she begins to fondle herself. Jenny then is suspended by her ankles from a crossbar and lashed.

We now go to our first unnamed girl prisoner as the female guard forces her to drink some kind of aphrodisiac and we quickly cut back to Jenny who is kneeling on the floor, wrists behind and gag removed with nipple clamp hoists applied. One of the male guards intends to have his way with her.

The unnamed girl prisoner is now tied AOH and legs spread over a post in the ground that has a dildo attached. She wants to mount it but it has been set a couple inches too low. Jessica sets off an alarm and in the confusion she attempts to rescue Jenny but they are captured and given one of director Whitman's trademark torments. Jenny is bound wrists behind on her back on the ground with her leg raised high and attached with cord that makes a crotch rope for Jessica who is AOH against the wall so if Jenny lowers her leg it pressures Jessica's fun muffin. Both receive a lashing. Jessica is then lowered and ordered to love on Jenny by the guards.

We are now treated to a second unnamed girl prisoner who is spreadeagled with her face to the wall. Over her protests she gets groped until they have heard enough and apply a gag and turn her around. Movie Pluses - Director Whitman liked using lithe leggy girls and this is no exception. Rene Baker and Georgia Van Helsing play two of the ladies and he used them in many of his flicks. There is no breast enhancement, there are no tattoos. Just natural mid sized and nicely shaped casaba melons. The bondage is practically non-stop and I found many of the poses quite innovative for the time, circa 1983. From the plot resemblance, I can't help but wonder if our friends at ZFX didn't see this and make a number of improvements to come up with the South of the Border series.

Movie Minuses - The film quality and sound vary widely throughout. Limitations of a shoestring budget I assume. Still he got a pretty good bang for the buck.

Dark Reality is a Saw like movie that is slightly decrepit. While the plot and story are good, there is a little too much unnecessary nudity. While I feel the film was technically well done, the acting was spotty, it was just a little too dark for my mood while I was watching it. IT basically says that there are a lot of missing people out there that will never be found and are perhaps being tortured by sick whackos. I feel that some information on the captors and their reasons for being so sick would have helped some. It came of as a snuff film, just made for the violent content. If you like to see women beaten, tortured, and killed then this is for you. If you're looking for something a little liter and more expressive and reasoned, skip this one.

HA! This guy is trying to steer people clear, and he couldn't have written a more ringing endorsement for the perfect movie. :)

Brutus: I had never even heard of The Torturer but it looks like a must-see. Lamberto Bava appears to be carrying on his dad's legacy of making horror films that often feature bound female victims (Black Sunday, Whip and the Body, Blood and Black Lace, Chamber of Tortures, etc.). What you described sounds awfully exciting. Torture with a blow torch, a soldering iron and electricity? I am SO there right now. Do you have a URL for where one can order it? Neither Netflix nor Greencine carry it for rent.

Sloth: Great review of a true classic. Hard to believe some GIMPers haven't seen it yet. It's arguably the best sound film that Whitman ever made, and of course, he was way ahead of his time. I think it's pretty obvious that people like Rick Masters, Dan Hawke and probably nearly everyone in the biz was influenced by the work he did in the 1970s and 80s.

Howie: Everyone seems to be trashing that Dark Reality movie. But does anyone (outside of this forum) ever praise a movie that's filled with torture and degradation of women? Sounds like one to seek out for sure.

Is it just me, or does it seem that while our porn is getting censored and diluted by this wave of governmental political correctness, our horror movies are becoming more and more violent and filled with images of women being tortured and slaughtered? Not that I'm complaining, mind you, not at all. It just seems like it's easier to find nowadays, and certainly the Saw films are packing 'em in at the theaters. I heard that Saw 3 (any femme bondage in that?) was number one at the box office last weekend, and actually outgrossed the other top 9 combined.

With that in mind, check out this editorial written a few weeks ago by Bob Herbert entitled Why Aren't We Shocked? I can't say that I necessarily agree with what he wrote, but it's an interesting outside view from someone who's not into the stuff we like.
