Not much. This is one federal district court that made the decision. Many more have upheld obscenity laws, including the Supreme Court, for decades. Until the Supreme Court has to decide on the constitutionality of obscenity laws, they remain on the books and can still be used to harrass adult producers. I haven't read anything yet that says the issue will be brought to the Supreme Court. It's still good news, especially for Extreme, because it's the first time that a Federal Court has stated that obscenity laws are unconstitutional because it sets a precedent that can be used in other cases. Keep in mind, the judge did not say that the laws are wholly unconstitutional. The primary issue that the judge decided is that the law does not apply to this specific case where Extreme's paid membership and internet video sales system provided adequate protection to keep children and unwary adults from seeing material that they should not or do not want to see. That was the government's case--ban all obscene material to prevent children or adults from seeing it. The judge determined that, since previous court decisions do not consider it a crime for individuals to possess obscene material, it is unconstitutional to prevent a seller from selling such material to them as long as the general public is protected from exposure to the material.

It's not likely that this decision will change anything that Rick is doing. It's not a done deal. A lot of people are breathing a little easier, but there's still a long way to go before obscenity laws go away. As is, there are other laws, such as a recent child protection one, that have riders that allow other means to harrass adult producers, such as performing model records checks without notice at the producer's place of business. Then, there's Visa performing their own censorship and that is outside of the law and there's not much that can be done about that.

Boy, did I miss this place. Anytime you notice that there's no new daily picture on the board, you can usually guess it's because I can't get to the computer for some reason. And once again, it was that old bugaboo, computer problems that kept me from being able to go online and update the board. On the bright side, I now can finally access attackers.net for the first time in several months. I would hope so, after coughing a hundred bucks for repairs and labor. Ouch.

Thees Van Kemp: So you say you've been checking out some of the Extreme video catalog? The only thing I ever saw from them was their "infamous" Forced Entry, the ho hum rape and fake snuff video that got so much attention when the company was profiled on that news show. So what titles did you see from them, and what was so shocking that it made ZFX vids look tame? Do any of their films feature bondage at all? And who are these "Gonzo" companies you mentioned? Let's hear some details.

ZFX has always done the fake penis thing; my guess is that Rick would prefer to make real hardcore bondage films, but the possible legal ramifications are why he hasn't. You realize Rick has been making bondage movies (and been very successful at it) for around 15 or so years now. You can bet he would have gotten arrested by now if he had attempted to make movies that combine the typically nasty ZFX-style tortures with actual hardcore sex. That would make him an ideal target to go after. I think the reason ZFX is still around today is because they are fake. They have no actual penetration, which probably allows them to fly under the radar, at least so far.

hungova: (hey, clever screen name!) The Hillside Strangler is available in most larger video stores, at least in the US, anyway. Netflix also carries it. But if you get it from a store, make sure you get the version with the picture of the blindfolded and gagged woman on the cover. That's the unrated version, but I believe Blockbuster and Hollywood carry the cut version. That's why I haven't seen it yet; I want to get one that's not edited.

Inquisitionlive is quite good, the historical settings are very accurate and they are really into the dirty, gritty look that you might expect from an medeival dungeon. The acting is generally good and the action believable. Most of the pictures are screencaps from their videos, but for newer productions they have some (but not that many) high resolution pictures. You can download the movies as well, but for an extra fee. I would say that they are worth a months membership.

As far as your choices, I did a Google search on the names I didn't know. If it were up to me (which it isn't), I would go with Shauna Rose, mainly because she has the cutest face and no visible piercings and tattoos, which pretty much eliminates all your other candidates. Plus that, BBFan has sent me pics of her before and I think she's hot. Dementia's artworks were pretty freaky, but I like most of them. I'm curious exactly what aspects of his work you are hoping to recreate on video.

I know there's a few errors on that page, though. They have her mixed up with another actress also named Heather Lee. As far as I know, your Heather Lee only worked for ZFX.

Besides Doc Bondage, the only other footage of her that I kept was from Sorority Bondage Hazing, but her scene is really good. Rick ties her up in duct tape. That was actually made before ZFX started as a company, but it's out on DVD as part of the ZFX Collection Vol. 1. I bought this a few years ago and haven't even looked at it yet, but I have a lot of the scenes from it as part of my private collection tapes. Definitely worth the money to see Rick just learning the ropes, so to speak. You can order it here.

I would go with Mallory or Darling (though I can't vouch for Darling in a custom shoot, she certainly can do some hard bondage). Xana Star is also good. Jessica/Sharon is expensive for a hard shoot (adds massage charges for recouperation). I would stay away from anybody inexperienced but telling you they can handle it.

Paige at www.enslaved.com - produced a pretty damn good movie and stayed fairly faithful to the script, but only partially delivered on what was promised and stopped communicating.

Lew and Maria at boundndetermined.com: Very faithful to the script and really try to give us what we want, but their facilities are lacking - no basement/warehouse/dungeon setting - most of their stuff is outdoors.

Gina Rae at www.bondagedesigns.com - very pedestrian in the action - too consensual, but the bondage it pretty good at times.

Master Jack at www.bondage-arts.com: have not received final product yet - should get it this week, but I can say he is very communicative and willing to work on the details in the planning, at least.

Marc Wolf who works with Bon-Vue: We were not terribly happy with the final product - he seems too entrenched in his own vision.

Actually, what you describe sounds very much like BondCon, an annual convention where most of the big names in the biz get together to meet and greet their fans. I don't think anybody from ZFX has ever attended, but I'm pretty sure Dan Hawke was at one of the BondCons in the past. They have their own website, bondcon.com, if you want to see highlights from the past 2 years. Looks like this year's event is either delayed or canceled, since the site implies it was supposed to take place last month.

Hail: That was an inflatable penis gag they put in Lisa's mouth. Rick has used gags like that a few times over the years.

Gotta agree with you about Lisa's rape scene in Beyond Driven 3: The Sufferings of Stephanie Renford. I believe that was one of her first appearances with ZFX, so probably her first rape scene...excellent sequence. I found a few black and white stills from that scene somewhere a long time ago...might have even been from the ZFX website, for all I know. I'll run them tonight.

In contrast, I also hunted down -- The Screaming Dead -- another movie that was featured in those vidcaps. It can be found at Blockbuster. This film offered much more sustained girls in peril action. There is no sex, but numerous torture and humiliation scenes. As far as a mainstream horror movie with strong gimp themes, in my opinion, this one offers far more satisfaction than the Hillside Strangler movie.

Epilepsio: Machine Head was the first of a sci-fi trilogy; I liked the sequels Cold Metal and Rage Against The Machine more than the original. Still, you can't beat that cast: Lisa, Penelope Pace, Chandra Sweet, Amy Van Allen...like a ZFX all-star team. Why don't you check it out and review it for us?

Ms. Cox: That was a "watch one time and forget about" title for me. Sandra Chase, and her short hair, just didn't do it for me. If I don't like the girl, I won't like the movie, plain and simple. Fortunately, that's rarely ever a problem with ZFX. I think Rick has the same taste in models that I do, usually the innocent girl-next-door type.

I did enjoy my brief visit there, and it was some time ago, so maybe the volume has increased. Please let us know if you check it out, as I would consider re-subscribing if I heard a good review. And yes, it is primarily a rape-fantasy site, not a lot of bondage.

I shot my own video with Anastasia Pierce in feb 2004. That was fun to do. Since you're already spending money on models, why not use your tax refund to just do more of your own stuff!?

One aspect of custom vids always bothered me. The customer pays for the production, but the custom vid company claims the rights to it. This company can now sell the vid, and the customer doesn't get anything from those sales. I always found that a little odd, but then it seems to be the norm, so maybe I'm missing something.

When I watch bondage films, I like to put myself in the role of the villain, part of the reason why all-girl movies just don't ring my bell; I can't relate to being a woman, but I can sure as hell imagine myself in the role of the bad guy, putting some girl through sheer hell. So if the girl playing the victim looks like someone I know in real life, it makes it extra special for me personally.

I can think of one instance where this truly enhanced my viewing experience. Interestingly enough, it wasn't an actual bondage film but a mainstream movie that happened to have a pretty strong bondage theme...I believe a little movie called Love Object has been discussed here once or twice?

Anyway, the hero/villain/psycho (take your pick) is dumped by his pretty, blonde girlfriend, played by Melissa Sagemiller, and he takes matters into his own hands, kidnapping her, tying her up and locking her into a crate before torturing her. It just so happened that in real life, I had recently broken up with a pretty, blonde girl who looked a lot like Melissa Sagemiller did in the movie, so when I saw what he did to her, it wasn't a huge leap to imagine myself in that role, taking my own revenge on the girl who broke up with me. Made it doubly sweet, it did. What you can't do in real life, you can enjoy living out your sick fantasies by watching other people do it on your TV at home. Isn't it great that people make movies like this for us?

This brings up an interesting subject. Does anyone else ever put themselves in the role of the villain when watching these movies, and is there a particular movie or actress that moves you personally because she looks like or reminds you of someone you know in real life? Maybe some cheerleader who you lusted after in high school, or a hot woman who turned you down for a date, or rejected you in some way? The possibilities are endless. Just imagine it's her up there on the screen, and that's you getting your revenge. Anyone else feel that way?

For example, I might have a crush on a plump, short, blond haired girl. And I might see some delicious scene in a movie where a girl who looks nothing like that is being put through her paces. For example, let's say that Knockout Bondage movie I saw where the two tall thin brunette girls were hot. Although those two girls in the movie look nothing like the girl I've got my eye on in real life, if I enjoy their movie scene, then I will fantasize about the scene moving over to the girl I like in real life. I will wonder, hmmm, what would it be like to chloroform that blond girl I know and fondle her while she's asleep, the same way it happened to those brunette girls in that movie? And I will work out a whole scenario in my head possibly permutating the movie scene dramatically into a whole different shape, just so it fits plausibly into an imagining of something like that happening in my real life.

I don't really have rape fantasies so much as consensual control fantasies, so I will change the movie scenario to fit into a more plausible situation in the fantasy in my mind. If the brunette girl on the film is being chloroformed against her will and raped, when I imagine the scene with the real life blonde girl I know, I will change it so it is more to my liking. I will only bring along an element or two, the elements that I liked. So, no, usually I wouldn't imagine my real life blond girl friend being chloroformed and raped. Instead, maybe I will imagine that she and I are lab partners and for some crazy reason we've got to try some experiment with chloroform, and maybe she lost a bet to me and now I have her consent to chloroform her and to do anything I want to her while she is chloroformed.

So you see, it's not really like it is for you, instead for me it's like I see something and I'm like, hmmm, how could I CHANGE that pleasurable scene I just saw to make it fit into a place in my real life.

Interestingly, the few times where I have the same kind of imaginings you have are only when a similarity in appearance is really strong between say a film actress and someone I had a bad experience with. (I probably just haven't had as many bad experiences with women as you - most of my real life experiences with women have been really good, and I LOVE women). But there is this one girl I know in real life who is beautiful but who really fucked me over one time. Whenever I see anyone who looks anything like her in a porn flik or whatever, then yes, on those rare occasions I do imagine it is this girl I know in the scene itself, having unimaginable things done to her. But otherwise most of the time, it is not me imagining a girl I know in the scene, instead, it is me imagining the SCENE being transformed and made adaptable to some girl I know.

They also used to carry Spanish comic novels. Small illustrated books, some are in color, others in black and white that are sexually explicit. And I mean they truly illustrate rape. The Spanish culture are very sexual. I just wish I could read Spanish. I bought 2 books. One shows a woman being graphically gang raped twice. Another is a western which is similar to one of the former pictures posted here. A white woman is tied down to stakes in the desert and is raped by Indians.

Unfortunately, like the novels, the places that sell these entertainments have dwindled to nothing in English parts of NYC. I am more likely to find them in the Spanish parts of the City, but even there they're getting scarce.

I remember hanging in my favorite candy store on Lafayette Avenue in Fort Greene spending the day looking through Detective Magazines and those paperbacks. Talk about good old days, that was in the early 1970s.

You can still find those Spanish paperbacks in Subway newsstands (Times Square, Columbus Circle).

Hard to believe that New Yorkers had such easy access to adult material, especially when you see how explicit those covers are (I love them). I guess I grew up in the wrong city. Living just an hour's drive from Puritanical Cincinnati (where Playboy magazine was banned for years), it must have been like night and day compared to the goodies available in New York, at least in the days before Giuliani stepped in and cleaned up the city (Gee thanks, asshole).

Now with the internet, it's a lot easier to find good stuff like that, often for free. There is at least one Yahoo group devoted to them. Not too many cover pictures, but they have been reproducing the actual text from the paperbacks in the Files section (Link above).

It's good to read your response. Because times have changed so much that sometimes I think I hallucinated that I could go to a local store and come out with a copy of such literary masterpieces as "Raped Policewoman" or "Raped Teacher" while I was still underage. By the way, I do go to the Times Square Subway store near the Port Authority now and then to check out the Spanish comics. Also, when I sometimes go to East (Spanish) Harlem, I check them out in stores there as well.

I saw the Perilage DVD recently. I think its the stepbrother, not a real brother (technically not incest) which I think is a very young Rick Masters and the victim is Heather Lee. Some states are worse than others, Queensland in the north is one of the most oppressive (an Australian version of the prehistoric stone-age 'Southern' states of the USA) of all, anything with titties on the cover can only be sold from "under the counter".

Back in 1985, X-rated vanilla porn films were outlawed outright, thanks to some 'Christian Family values' political pressure group, only R rated versions of X rated films were permitted to be sold, adult shops were raided by the cops on a regular basis, material confiscated, owners sent to court. The only way to get X-rated stuff was from the Australian Capital Territory (were the nation's capital lies) and the outback Northern Territory and only via mail-order!

In the last 20 years X rated has crept back into the Adult book stores, with the police and judiciary turning a blind eye to this 'oversight' and with a little 'bribery' which goes a long way. Today it's still 'technically' illegal for the federated states of the Commonwealth to sell X-rated material but tolerated nonetheless, however there's has been a 'clamp-down' (no pun intended!) on Bondage and fetish videos, ZFX stuff included!!.

The conservative government of prime minister John Howard and his cronies have a lot to answer for!!

As far as censorship of adult material, I can understand why some Christian organizations want it banned. They always go back to their old standby argument that it's to "protect our children". Our precious children! Okay, I'm not a parent, but I still can see how having bondage paperbacks with their explicit covers being sold openly in public places is not a good idea. I don't care; put a cover over them. Lock them up in a case behind the counter and make it so that only adults are allowed to purchase them. But to outright ban them, or make it illegal to sell them or possess them, is taking it too far. Whether you're a Christian or an agnostic, once you reach a certain age, you become an adult. Just because some people don't like material that features naked women in bondage, shouldn't mean that no adult should be allowed to view it.

And bondage vids are probably going to be easier to ban than other adult material, because they cater to a smaller percentage of the population, and it's more convenient to say it is pornographic because it often portrays the women as victims. Bondage vids are repugnant to a lot of people. They either don't understand their appeal, or think the people who watch them are sick and depraved. A certain percentage of adults, let's guesstimate, say, 50% of the male population, watch adult videos. And of those, maybe 10% are into bondage videos. It's a lot easier to ban something that 1 in 10 people are going to buy, as opposed to about half or more.

Again, let me stress that these percentages are not based on actual research; I'm just taking an educated guess. But for sure, we are definitely in the minority among the population, and most likely as well among those who watch porn in general. So not a lot of people are going to be all that upset if the government goes after bondage and fetish material as the first step. Contrary to what Vince commented about a candidate promising to bring back adult material for public consumption, that would be political suicide. The only safe strategy would be to appeal to the majority, and take a platform that we're going to wipe out all those awful movies where women are tied up, beaten and raped. And to make sure to stress that we're doing it all for our CHILDREN.

There was some bondage in the movie. Meanwhile, I suppose it's a judgment call as to whether or not the sex scenes in the movie meet your definition of "rape." Certainly, the courts would say that's good enough, but film critics may have a more exact standard. BTW, I highly recommended this movie, and still do.

How can you make fun of those concerned people who want to protect our children from smut? Here it is a year later after the Janet Jackson Superbowl wardrobe malfuction and the harm it has inflicted upon our children is still reverberating. The writer who said that we're living the 1950's again may not be far off. To prove my point, you guys want to see a real scary movie? Go see the documentary "Inside Deep Throat". One of the people they interview is a fundamentalist Christian federal prosecutor who actually says I wish these terrorists weren't around. Then we'd have more time going after these pornographers. When he said that a massive groan was heard in the theater I was in. Maybe the audience was shocked and offended by that statement because we live in New York City which was hurt the most by those pesky terrorists. Sad to say, this shows that some people have warped priorities that sex is more dangerous than terrorism. God Help us all.

No, I haven't forgotten about the videos I spoke about. I was not trying to degrade Rick's works by any means, despite their unorthodox and some may call it "repugnant" sexual practices, Rick's scripts, ideas, themes etc. are superior to most vanilla porn films, in fact they remind me of the old porn films (of the so called "Golden Era of Smut" the 1970's) they had a story to them even though the SEX was the driving force.

Rick's films remind me of the sleaze, depravity and dark fetid squalor you find in the novels of detective fiction writer Joe R. Lansdale (for those "bookworms" out there: Joe is a Native of East Texas, winner of countless awards including the Edgar Allan Poe award, has penned 200 short stories and 23 novels, including "Cold in July" which deals with the subject of Snuff films, a superb folklorist and a true American storyteller, highly recommended!!). Rick's films are Horror-thriller-suspense-exploitation-B grade Drive-in shlock-sci-fi and avant-gard-experimental all in one.

What I meant to say in previous correspondence was that other production companies: Extreme, Elegant Angel and others of the school of Gonzo (Viva Kid-Vegas series for example) are more violent, misogynistic? in their treatment of women in their films, although they are not necessarily engaging in 'bondage' practices, with actresses being tied up and the like, but rough and brutal nonetheless....take the endless "Gag Factor series" in which women are forcefully and brutally orally penetrated, 'machine gun fellatio" style or "violently face-fucked" as they refer to it, there's no tying up, but the sexual violence is real regardless, the girls are almost choked to death, driven to tears, hence the "gag" tag: vomiting induced by the 'drilling" male participants.

Another infamous Gonzo title is "Slap Happy" Series" in which girls are smacked across the face as they orally pleasure the male or males, or humiliated by sticking heads in toilets, one memorable scene features a teeny-bopper which has a wooden toilet seat wrapped around her neck while giving head and the word "Cunt" written in blue marker ink on her face, she is further subjected to choking by hands around her neck until she vomits....the whole thing amounts to torture with a bit of "scat" thrown in. Yet when the law cracks the "whip" it's the S&M, and bondage which they pick on first as being toxic to the sensibilities of the public, the stuff mentioned above seems to fall under "normal sex practices"....at least in this part of the world....go figure!

Another Series which might interest those with twisted inclinations are the various titles by the German company MAGMA, which might not be to everyone's taste, the women are not the most attractive, they specialize in what I would call "hospital abuse", and other unclassifiable degeneracy" featuring electroshock, mutilation and forced sex. The guys in the film all look like demented skinhead Nazis with a real agenda of pain.

Another Series from Europe is called: Brutal Rape, No country of origin listed on the suspicious looking cover, but once you hear the voices they are unmistakably Swedish, usually they feature "ultra-violent"scenarios. I recall seeing one which featured a nasty hot blonde kidnapped by a bunch of Nordic lumberjacks with ZZ TOP beards, the girl in question is tied up to a tractor gang-raped in every orifice and finally penetrated anally with a slim log....(not my cup of tea or coffee for that matter)

When I spent time in Los Angeles in the 80's I do recall seeing quite violent stuff for sale or for private booth viewing in adult stores, particularly in the Mexican part of town, in areas like Hawthorne and Inglewood, if you've been to LA, you'll know what I mean; they are pretty seedy areas (but full of character and colour!, (there's a classically schmaltzy 70's hotel on nearby Imperial Hwy "The Cockatoo Inn" which has a great Tiki-style bar, it featured in the film: "Get Shorty" with Travolta and DeVito a true Retro lovers paradise!...but that's another story), anyway I couldn't believe the type of material available whether it was legal at the time or not, I wouldn't know.

One gimper on the board recently mentioned Spanish Harlem in New York and the type of novels and magazines available, mostly in Spanish....which is a language  I speak fluently, since I work as a translator, let's say these guys never heard the term 'political correctness', most of the stuff was printed in Mexico & Colombia, from the lurid detective "dime" novels to porn mags featuring satanic rituals, rape and murder...some quiet believable!! Some of the films (mostly featuring Hispanic participants) I witnessed in those places left a gruesome impression, many of these featured teenage girls, who are sodomized and subjected to electrocutions, crucifixion and bizarre torture with industrial power tools. I heard somewhere these films were known as "Tijuana Smut", shot over the border in places like Tijuana or Mexicali. I would very much doubt whether this stuff is still around and available these days.

Baronorca: I totally agree with your reluctance to deal with Forbidden again, because like you, I was burned more than a few times when they failed to deliver with what looked like a good premise. However, from all indications, this new one and all future releases are totally uncut from now on, with no more footage edited out because of legal concerns.

I'm sure that a lot of our readers have ordered from Forbidden before with various degrees of satisfaction. When they first arrived on the scene, they looked like they had the potential to become a rival to ZFX, except with hardcore footage. Then more and more they cut out the bondage and the forced scenes until they became a shadow of their former selves, and I think they lost a lot of fans that way. The low grades I kept giving them on this board didn't help things, either.

So in a way, this new release, Moved to Tears, is an important turning point for the company. They have to prove themselves to win their fans back. If it's actually good, and not just some tease like a lot of their previous releases, it might trigger a comeback for Forbidden Video. I think we all want to see GOOD movies where girls get tied up and have bad things done to them. I would like nothing more than to give a positive review to this new one, because I want to see something good, too. I'll be honest, as always, and let you know what I think when I see it.

I'm glad you enjoyed Office Policy (I regretted drafting a speaking script after seeing the acting prowess of Xana and Paige though lol). Thees' previous post about the various foreign titles made me both interested and frustrated, because there were no links where someone could go to check this stuff out. I did do a search on that "Electrocutioner" movie you mentioned (I think you used the German spelling) and came up with nothing. While it's fascinating to know that there are all these wild sex films being made in other countries, it doesn't really help us much if no one can find what is being described. Not complaining, just hoping that if the Internet is truly world wide, that there might be a way for we Americans to be able to acquire these titles somehow.

I read a lot of messages in this great forum and was urged to make a few comments. Firstly I'm a big ZFX fan, my favs are Dance Macabre, Vacuum and the Reporter.

I dropped my membership because of the lack of decent updates, if I wanted straight porn I would have joined another site!.

I recently joined the Risk Savage site because it promised streaming videos of his movies, I am a great fan of his big tit torture series, inside the site I found about 20 vids but no big tits! very disappointing.

Free Forbidden dvd, nah, not gonna go there.

Fair comment about Gangbanger they were mostly cr@p, the production was anyway, it seemed sometimes that he grabbed the nearest guy off the street and handed him the camera, shakey uncut scenes, aweful zooming and framing and pretty tame action for 'forced sex' scenes, what a waste of facilities! If you have women like Brandy Dean tied up with her huge tits out you just dont ignore them!!! The main reason they sold well even with this quality is the lack of 'sex/penetration in bondage' videos that are available (Bill Majors of Bon Vue did time for producing one a while back).

The ZFX scenes with the simulated forced BJ's are some of the best I have seen, to me its close enough, especially with the addition of the copious amounts of man custard!! I will keep an open mind on forbidden video and hopefully I will rejoin again when things are as they should be and back to the original ethos.

I had the same problem with Teendrivein and the lack of 'on-topic' (rare 70's sexploitation flicks) updates, they seemed to be reverting back to classic but straight porn to fill the quota. I dont like bitchin about sites (no really) but if we are going to pay the money we should expect to find relevent content, yes?

I DO like SocietySM the bondage is good, the women nice and the fuck!ng machines are sorta psuedo forced sex (like ZFX) some of the speeds they get up to are frightening!!!. I DO like most ZFX, when I first saw them I was blown away by the intensity of the action compared to other producers.

Pulp Friction was good while it lasted, their videos reminded me of Jay Edwards with beautiful women being tied, stripped topless and groped.

I also like scenes that are more subtle and not so heavy, well planned lighting, a slow build up of sexual tension, where the action is implied rather than 'in your face' fueling the imagination with all sorts of possibilities. There is a lot of nice stuff out there if you have a particular 'itch' to scratch, its just a shame that some producers have lost their own original enthusiasm for the 'art' and are now simply businessmen.

Forbidden Video's newest dark side release is Moved To Tears, a mostly successful comeback from a company that has seen some rough times and a decline in quality over the past few years.

This is a fairly simple and straightforward video, beginning with a short (and borderline hilarious) setup where we see the foreman of a moving company constantly berated by the beautiful dark-haired Italian woman (newcomer Luccia) who hired him to move her furniture. It's established early on that he has no fear of getting fired, so her constant nagging in heavily accented English (think Zsa Zsa Gabor) finally makes him decide he's going to have to teach this annoying bitch a lesson.

Once the moving crew has gone home, he lures her into his truck by telling her that one of her possessions is broken inside. She turns to see the back of the truck slamming shut and the foreman heading toward her, and she can tell she's in trouble. Using one of those locking plastic ties, he binds her wrists behind her. Then he slaps her ass several times with blows from his belt.

With her now tied, he slowly and patiently helps himself to her luscious body, removing her panties and running his fingers over her pussy. The struggling girl can only writhe helplessly as pulls up her top and sucks her tits. When she finally opens her mouth to protest, she soon finds herself bound standing with her back against the side of the truck, with each arm tied off to the side and her ankles tied apart, too (although not wide enough, IMO). Unfortunately, the actual tying is not shown; the director simply cuts to her in that position. She's also gagged, but with clear tape. Logically that makes sense, since that's what you would use to seal moving boxes with. Nonetheless, clear tape is hard to see, so I would have preferred duct tape, and also would have shown her being gagged onscreen. A missed opportunity there.

With her now helplessly bound to the wall of the truck, the guy has no problem licking her pussy and fondling her tits (God, acting is hell). These are the scenes where Luccia's perfect nude body is put on full display; she looks incredible tied up like that. He pinches and twists her nipples, and she softly moans through her gag.

Then he produces a dildo, which is says he found in her drawer. After tying her one leg up high so that she's balancing on her other leg, he works over her pussy with the dildo. This is followed by a short scene where she's tied spreadeagled on the floor of the truck, and he gives her more of the same.

After removing the tape on her mouth (but thankfully not untying her) she is allowed to suck his dick, which she does without putting up any opposition. At one point, he even titfucks her while she's tied on her knees.

He ties her again in a standing position, with her arms still tied off to the side. Then he gets in back of her and fucks her from behind, a hardcore bondage sex scene, not simulated like in former releases. He finishes by cumming on her face.

As a coda, she willingly signs a form saying she approved of everything that was done, and was completely satisfied. She ends up missing him at the end. I really wish they hadn't gone in that direction.

What is extremely refreshing is that there is bondage all the way through this one, which has been a problem in a lot of earlier Forbidden offerings. And they couldn't have found a more appealing victim.

If I were the one directing this feature, the one thing I would have done differently would be to have him be more rough and forceful to her. The actor playing the foreman is just fine, but I never quite got his sense of anger. As a villain, he comes across as a pretty nice guy, not real threatening at all.

Luccia has looks that won't quit, but for the most part, she doesn't attempt to put up much resistance or protest much, especially toward the end. Part of the reason is the sound mixing, in which the music sometimes overwhelms Luccia's reactions and makes them hard to hear. She lightly whimpers throughout and does at least look distressed, but a few screams and especially some impassioned crying would have given this a lot more emotional impact. In other words, had she really been moved to TEARS, like the title implies, it could have been even better.

Nonetheless, this is a very solid entertainment, with one of the most beautiful girls you're likely to see in a hardcore bondage film. I hope they work with her again. And next time: more brutal, more angry, more mean. She deserves it.

Moved to Tears, Consensual (after the fact) bondage fom a nice guy, I sure hope it played better than it sounds. I'll give it a plus for actually combining sex & Bondage. And another plus for having an attractive victim. That gives it a firm maybe.

In answer to the question about bondage and sex. Well, there is no law against bondage and sex, anywhere. There is no law against pornography, just obscenity. if someone says someone was busted for doing a bondage/sex flick, its not completely true. They were busted for obscenity. That is the only law a video producer has to worry about besides the model releases, 2257 verification, etc. You can not be arrested for making a bondage/sex video for any other reason than someone finds it obscene.

I have spoken with THE TOP lawyer in this field, and he says you can basically do ANYTHING besides kiddie stuff and its legal. BUT if you cross lines the government doesnt like, then it could possibly cause trouble. I make movies. Actors, actresses, consenting adults. I believe it is my right to do so, and it's your right as an American if you are of legal age, to view it. Adults make it, adults view it, in the privacy of their home. This is the whole basis for the Judge tossing the Extreme Associates case, even though the government is appealing it. But they are now even more extreme. They have girls eating and swallowing puke now.

I feel my product is entertainment pure and simple. I don't force it on anyone, and it's available to adults only. It's been said before, but look at some hollywood movies with vicious rape, murder and torture of women. It's OK to do that and make hundreds of millions of dollars, but add in some explicit sex and its automatically taboo. Makes no sense. Even the recent B release of the Hillside Strangler. You can get it at Blockbuster and the whole movie is about the rape and murder of women. I would love to do a complex story like that with hardcore but that may push some buttons.

Anyway, I'm having fun again! I do not know Ricks reasoning for simulation, but it works for him as he does it well. There is no need for him to do hardcore, as he is very successful with his product. Didn't he do a Hardcore last year? Anyone know if it was successful for him? I'm also looking forward to his new release as well.

Not that performing in a ZFX video is necessarily a walk in the park, though. I think the hardcore ZFX movie you're referring to was The Dirty Dreams of Lisa Kinkaid, and believe it or not, it's been 3 years since it came out. I don't really consider it hardcore in the same way as your most recent release, because the actual sex was still simulated, although Lisa did get penetrated by a dildo and a beer bottle (and a chicken wing!) and there was clearly actual penetration shown. As far as success goes, Rick would have to disclose how it did financially, but it got mostly decent reviews here from the people who discussed it.

GRAVEDIGGERXTRO: I was thinking it over, and really the only other Forbidden titles that have actual hardcore sex while the girl is tied up are The Stepbrother, Open House and After School Surprise. It shouldn't come as a surprise that those are some of their best releases, too. I'm going to have to review this video on a sliding scale. Usually I consider things like plot, acting, setup, realism and such when reviewing a video. By those measures this production fails, but not for lack of trying.

Like most (all??) Nu-West/Leda's Flag Concept videos, this video is all about S&M whipping. In sequence, three women are bound topless to a vertical pole. A hefty dominatrix punishes each of them with multiple blows to the chest, leaving marks and welts.

A little background about myself, I have always been interested in FSRP, particularly due to watching such movies as the Death Wish series, Sudden Death (a hybrid of Sudden Impact and Death Wish--the 1985 Denise Coward movie), and Eyes of a Stranger. Poll: What elements of humiliation, generally, in a film do you prefer?

I remarked in the past about one of Rick's flix (666, maybe?) where the girl was gagged and tied in a standing, arms over head position, while the guys just sat around playing cards at a card table and basically just ignored her. I thought that was pretty cool humiliation.

Here is another big one for me. I think many women are shy about their bodies - heck, unlike male locker rooms where the men strut around nude in gang showers and the like, most women's locker rooms have dividers and the women are more discreet, right? So, the exposing of the nude female body to begin with in porn is definitely a start down the path to humiliation, right?

But what I really like is excessive exposure. There was a scene like this in "The Dentist". Lisa was tied nude on her hands and knees. Many producers are guilty of this and it shows to me that they have lost the plot! and/or didn't rehearse properly.

On the subject of ripping, I like ripping scenes too. Ripping can be done slowly creating a really nice sound effect, adding an extra dimension to the scene.

Ripping can also be done quickly and with great gusto, if the attacker is fueled by lust I think it is fitting that the clothes are ripped off with abandon. No mere cloth is going to keep the single minded assailant from his pize.

There is a clear argument for both camps, stripping can be done slowly or quickly whichever fits the scene better, slow deliberate cruelness or swift tearing asunder, either way, she still gets it!.

Cutting should be done with precision and expertise, I have seem some pretty comical scenes where the scissors are blunt and he ends up waving them round in an alarming manner, it makes you fearful for the models eyesight! and then as the guy gets more frustrated with the resistant cloth he ends up ripping it anyway!. These scenes are usually cut, which is another reason why we see so many dressed/undressed scenes!.8o)

I agree with some of the latest posts... the scene determines whether it should be strip or rip! Just don't focus on the facial expression while it happens (victim or victor). HOM is great for this; I can still picture Rick pull a girls skirt or dress up to reveal what's underneath and then dropping again to go away to get his scissors or knife. I think that most of Ricks ZFX films have scenes that depect girls who are good at acting in way that oozes humiliation. As far as ripping or just taking her clothes off, for me both can work well, depending how it's done, how it's shot, how the actors portray it. I think ripping can be more intense, more dramatic, but I like either. The one problem with ripping clothes for producers is unless they have duplicate wardrobe, they only get one take to shoot it (usually).

I'm not a big fan of forcing girls to strip themselves. I get the idea, but I guess there's still too much compliance in that act to me. However, it's still better than the cutaway.

I'm a bit curious myself, but so far, not curious enough to make the purchase. I've passed mainly because the stills I've seen haven't really impressed me; the women have short hair and/or wear masks...two big turnoffs for me. I agree that every photo I've seen from these films is dark and grainy. On the subject of being tied by objects (cables, computors, robots etc) and hiddens forces, I think the 'floor' scene in Dance Macabre works well, other similar scenes in other films have not worked quiet so well. I think the time and effort put into these scenes reflects on the quality of the results. Some are laughable while others are eerie and a credit to the part time 'special effects' guy.

I have seen one film, which I have trying to find the title of, staring Ashley Renee, the basic synopsis is that there is a 'bondage spirit' on the loose who ties women up without warning. One minute she is fully dressed having a normal conversation and then BAMB! she is topless and nicly tied, the effect was awesome! Can anyone recall this film? or are there any simlar films/scenes out there? For me, this is the only time an instant strip and tie actually works.

I have a few close friends in the BDSM industry and I know how they feel about getting their stuff pirated. The BDSM industry is small, much smaller than the huge vanilla adult industry. I know how hard it is to make a living producing this material and it really pisses me off to see their hard work ripped off by bootleggers. We have all seen here on the board how Rick at ZFX feels about being constantly ripped off by people pirating his tapes...

I know that Larry at Video Mayhem is a frequent and valued participator here, but nevertheless he sells bootlegs. It would be more fair to buy the stuff from Inquisitionlive (they are avilable for download at their site) and make sure that the money goes to the people who deserves them. Inquisitionlive puts down a lot of effort into making their productions historically authentic and I'm sure they have expenses to cover. If we let our money be pocketed by illegal botleggers, we will not have anybody producing this material in the future. I would guess that the Red Feline products sold by Video Mayhem are bootlegs too.

In this case, I see it as very clear: Video Mayhem are shipping these illegal copies worldwide, even to Germany, where you can buy real copies of the Inquisitionlive DVD's over the counter in many adult stores. Furthermore, it's perfectly possible for any customer in the US to download their videos legally from the Inquisitionlive website.

I also want to look at the moral aspect. Video Mayhem are pocketing all the money from their illegal sales. Inquisitionlive gets nothing and they are the people who put down the hard work to produce the stuff. Legal pontification aside, that makes Video Mayhem thieves in my book and I don't think thieves should be supported.

The Candles Room site which carries Japanese films even went so far as to contact the FBI to make sure that duplicating the Jap titles was not a prosecutable offense.

I'm aware of the law that you are referring to, however it does not permit you to sell this DVD's to customers in e.g. Germany, where the Inquisitionlive pictures are produced. The law is old and has not caught up with the recent globalization the Internet provides, it's difficult to make the correct interpretation of it when dealing with Internet sales. Furthermore, the videos ARE avalaible to US customers, even if Inquisitionlive has no corporate representation in the US.

As for Red Feline:

These videos are produced by RFPix, a US company residing in Long Island, NY. To sell these DVD's is a clear copyright violation.

On the bootlegging issue: Unfortunately, bootlegging is pretty easy. I'm not technically savvy in any way, yet even I know how to get around the disk protection on mainstream movies if I want to copy something using my DVD recorder. Apparently, it's even easier to copy things when you are using a computer.

On my home DVD recorder, I have copied some ZFX movies onto new disks, where I can create my own chapter stops. For the record, my disks are strictly for my own collection.

I know that pretty much all of the Japanese bondage/rape movies in my parts are bootlegs. Which may be just as well, since VM says he doesn't take Canadian orders.

As always, sorry if this offends anyone. I also wanted to say a few word about the Piracy issue going on in the industry today. I really don't believe it is as cut and dry on a morality basis as you might believe. You see I am a store owner and I am a collector myself and I even help some websites make the move to have their products released through the distribution channel. So I am well aware of all sides of the coin. As bad as this may sound I feel some websites and some adult manufacturers deserve to have their products pirated and some people just flat out ask for it.

I have seen and joined many bad websites where the webmasters have no care for the customers and dont care if their websites are worth the money you spend. Insex just happens not to be one of them. I think Insex does care and gives people more then what they pay for but sites like Insex are really far and few between.

I recently joined a site that deals with whipping and has the initials PG for its name. Here is an example of what I feel is ripping off the consumers. They brag about updating often. They brag about maybe 2 videos an update. These videos turn out to be maybe 2 minutes long and then on top of that they dont just update one movie they are working on 20 or 30 or even more movies at once. So basically they have all these unfinished movies on their site. 

When I posted in their forum that it might be nice to start a movie and complete it rather then showing a clip here and a clip there and have a bunch of unfinished movies my post got deleted. But not before another customer embraced my idea.  So why do you think this is that way. Because the website just wants to force the customer into a recurring membership. I also dont think a 2 minute clip should be called a video. So this is the type of dishonesty that my friends here at the gimp need to protect themselves from.

Now lets take the website you were concerned with that Larry was selling the bootlegs to. Inquistionlive.com. I agree that Larry did the right thing about taking down the videos but I must say I think these guys are asking for bootlegs just by the way they price their videos. They are charging 69 euros for a one hour movie. That has got to translate to about 90 bucks here in the USA. Maybe even add freight on top of that. My opinion is that if any gimpers paid that much money for one of those movies they are getting screwed. That is just my personal opinion and I am not the one who set prices or anything like that but I think 90 dollars is just preying on unsuspected victims.

Even with a popular site like nu-west. That guy charges 70 bucks for 25 minute video with crappy lighting and bad shots.  I cant say I would feel allegiance to this type of webmastering or movie selling to the public.  I also remember going to New York City laying down some big bucks for movies only to get home and find out they sucked. I am sure you been there a couple of times also. I also dont see anything wrong with a couple of people pooling some money and buying some bdsm tapes and then sharing them.

Once again this is morally questionable but on the other hand helps to get a better selection and also helps with the tapes just were just a flat out waste of money.  So when I see a guy like Larry offering movies at 12 bucks each and offering good service and being friendly I am not sure that is such a bad thing. It kinda balances thing a bit for the consumer side of things. After all what is the price one should pay for 1 hour worth of decent bdsm video.  Is it 100 bucks, 50 bucks, 25 bucks, or even 12 dollars???

So when it comes right down to it maybe the price that Larry charges is the right price for a good bdsm movie and if more manufacturers offered those quality movies at those prices maybe their wouldn't be a need for bootleg material in the first place. So on one hand I think bootlegging is wrong but on the other hand I also think charging 90 bucks for a movie is equally wrong. Just some food for thought from a guy that see all sides of the coin. I think you are one who sees both sides of the coin also.  I would also like to point out that as a retailer I never sold or rented any movies I didnt pay for and I never copied a movie and sold it. 

Anyone know or must I just hear venting from all sides?

Regarding Inquisition Live, well, I tried to give an account of the good one that I saw. Like I said, the few others I saw were of varying quality.

Here's an idea. Go buy some, watch them, then come back here and give us a full report and then we'll ALL know.

So by your logic, if someone comes in your store and thinks your prices are too high, merchandise not up to their exacting standards etc, your OK with them stealing anything they can get, your OK with that. Cause thats what your sayin is OK and I dont think your right in your logic.

On the subject of bootlegs, it is kind of silly to give the man a hard time about the Red Feline series because I suspect a lot has been lost in the quality from the original.  Frankly if the originals are of decent quality, Larry is helping them.  I would never shell out $70 without a good idea of what I am buying.

And I would almost be willing to shell out the $70 if I could get a high quality version of this flick.  I like it that much.  It's dark and grainy but Camile Duka does a great acting job.  So what happens in the movie?

We open with a redhead in dark sunglasses going into a warehouse and masturbating.  She gets clopped on the head by a hooded man, dragged into a warehouse and strung up wearing a tank top, panties and one stocking.  She also has a mask on.  He proceeds to whip the tank top off her back. The music is dark and forboding. She moans pitiously. They do a very good job of slowly adding bloody whipmarks as the whipping goes on.  She passes out.  He takes a long nail and pushes it into her back.  He lowers her and unties her. Then a good 3-4 minutes of her trying to crawl away.  He drags her back and strings her up by her wrists this time facing forward to whip off the rest of her tank top.  Like ZFX the whipping sounds are fake but well done.  But the makeup and whip marks are well done.  She passes out again.  He yanks her panties up hoping for a reaction.  Getting none, he grabs another nail and pushes it in just below her left breast.  He shoves her panties aside and rapes her.

I don't know that rape fans will get a lot out of this.  Seems simulated and you don't get to see much.  He lets her down, ties her hands behind her and pulls her up into a strappado.  He then whips and rapes her ass.  He then cuts her down and reties her hands to a spreader bar.  Then she is hauled up and lowered onto a sawhorse and whipped some more.  He removes the sawhorse and whips the panties all the way off until she passes out.  He revives her by pushing yet another nail into her hip.  This one must hurt as her eyes bug out and she really flails about in pain.  He gets behind here and rapes her ass again.  It's a better rape scene this time. 

He lets her down and ties her hands together to a winch also tying her feet wide apart.  He whips her some more but she is barely conscious so he uses the winch and stretches her in probably one of the best simulated stretching scenes that I have ever seen.  She grunts in pain and the nails (which have been sticking out all this time) quiver.  He lets her down and begins the crucifixion, nailing her hands to a spreader bar.  He hauls her up and nails her feet.  She twitches and cries the whole time.  Finally she shakes and dies.  The last scene is her dressed as she was in the beginning, walking away as if nothing happened.  A dream?

Not a single word is said in the whole flick.  The actress does a great job.  No whining or annoying pleading.  I wouldn't mind her being more animated, maybe a bit of screaming but she sells the torture better than just about anyone I've seen.

Well there ya have it.

A couple of questions for you: Does she ever take the mask off? The only pictures I have from this movie she's wearing a mask. Seems to have nice long red hair, though. Also, does the video you saw appear as dark and grainy as the pics seem to imply? 70 bucks is a lot to pay for a vid, but I have actually paid more than that before. Depends on whether it's truly worth it.
