The link in lionrobe's post of today Mon Aug 07 still works, I downloaded the file a few hours ago.

Months ago, I did a double upload, one with Uptobox (permanent link with my premium account) the other with we transfer, because Uptobox was forbidden in some countries, including mine recently.
