What's the name of this Japanese hot iron movie?

A friend of mine is looking to find this movie. It was one we discussed on the forum a couple of years ago, but I can't go back and look up the title because...well, because of what happened to the forum with the cyber-terrorist.

All I know is it had a bravura branding scene in it, which I made this animated gif from but didn't keep the rest of the movie.



It was available online then, but we need the title to search for it again. Can any of you pervs remember it?

I made the gif on May 9, 2019, so chances are the discussion occurred right around that time. If I recall, it was pretty easy to find online.
