If she stands on the metal mat, she receives an electric shock. If she lifts her feet, she suffers suspension. The evil Dr. Squalus controls whether she goes up or down.

Wow - yummy. She’s young and pretty, she’s a redhead, and she has a spectacular body. I love the setting, the spreader bar and the peril situation.

Obviously it’s not possible for a film, but imagine this with her just wearing handcuffs, and not suspension cuffs. The excruciating pain of that alone would be horrifying. Add the electricity, and you’ll need that bucket for sure.
