Almost ashamed to mention that I first read of it in a James Bond novel. But all may be happy to know that after a recovery stay in a hospital and with the aid of a comely nurse, 007's private parts were verified fully functional.

I love the open seated chair. there's so many ways to exploit that.
For example; I propose a metal framed chair with the seat removed, and the only support for her body would be the item below, fastened in the center of the opening and running front to back.
