I thinks it looks pretty good, actually.... with the caveat that I, of course, have no reference as to what a real breast might look like after the ripper treatment. But as far as visual torture damage goes, it works.

Suggestive question.... would a lesser number of tongs help any ? Say two on each side instead of 4 ?

Yeah, probably. But I was going on the claw device in the torturer's hands, so my hands were in a sense tied (LOL).
