Several points that intrigued me:
She's in a dungeon/cellar of sorts, tied to something that looks as if it's been re-purposed for her torture,
She's very well endowed, and reminds me of XXX star Tera Patrick
The contraption she's on will provide a good torturous arching stretch, and her legs, anchored to the wood posts, will be pulled apart by the coming stretch, for...?
