The scene was shot from multiple views. Usually, Alex has 4 camers: 1 left, 1 center, 1 right, 1 above looking down. This time, because of the foot torture, he had 1 camera low left, 1 camera normal left, 1 camera center, and 1 camera low right. The result is what you see attached to this post. Great body, but no head.

The movie is with CW's real editor to build the commercial version, so he may have magical footage that I didn't get (i.e. re-shoot). These are just from the raw straight-from-the-camera footage I received.

But I really, really love how it builds dramatic anticipation of what is to come. I hope Miss Belle utilizes it more often!
