Hello. Looking for the title of an old movie.

Two men went around killing women. In one case, they tied the victim face down and spreadeagled on a bed. One man starts to rape her and the other one cuts her throat. So she will twitch all around when she dies. The guy that cut her throat says something about a getting good ride. This was in her house. I think they spent some time with her in the house before the rape.

In another scene the two men see an attractive young mother and her 3? year old daughter standing on a sidewalk. One man says "I would like to do her". The other one jokes "which one?".

Your mystery movie is Confessions of a Serial Killer. Your description sounded like a clip I made years ago so I did some research. Check out the trailer on the IMDB page:

You're welcome. I hadn't seen it in years so I did some more research. It never got an official DVD release, but there's someone on Amazon pitching a disc that according to several posters, is severely edited. That's the bad news.

But the good news: there's a YouTuber that goes by Trash Cinema is Life (love it) who has the entire film on YouTube, uncut, with nudity, bondage and rape scene intact. I watched it last night. It's a very decent serial killer movie, and the print is extremely good. Go here:

The bondage rape scene starts around the 32 minute mark. There's also a shorter scene later that features a bound and gagged women being removed from a car trunk.
