I keep thinking of the theme song to the tv show 'Cops'.... "Bad girls, bad girls, whatcha gonna do when they come for you".
Obviously these young women have not had the benefit of proper training and discipline that they needed, otherwise they wouldn't be clogging up the courts with their bad behavior.
As an alternative to incarceration, at taxpayers expense I might add, these girls should be turned over to the membership here at The Gimp for the proper levels of punishment for their crimes. I think we could safely predict that they would not be a repeat offender if and when they are ever released from our custody.

Excellent suggestion Wulf, these bad girls should be given the option between either serving their (long) sentence in prison or be put for sale on the international female slave auction market .
No doubt there would be some members interested in buying such a pretty young criminal girl (actual pictures) and put her under a very severe re-educational regime (and other possible uses). She seems to have a good submissive attitude (see first pics), and is used wearing shackles.

There will always be room available in the dungeon for wayward females. If we're crowded, we just put two or three of them in one cell, but chained to opposite walls to prevent unauthorized sexual contact.
