The gag isn't special. The model is pretty, though.

Indeed, the model is pretty but I don't like these kinds of lightweight perforated gags the asians are very fond of.
These gags are ineffective at blocking sounds (the main purpose of a gag) and too easy for the gimp.
I very much prefer big solid hardball gags and/or more restrictive mouth gear.
