Seems very effective indeed.

Some great images. I go for gags that are improvised, uncomfortable and work well.
Best- rope cleave gag, large wraparound tape gag, cloth cleave gag made of ripped clothes or rags, improvised ball or bit gag made of rope and wood etc

Something a little bit different now: the penis-gag. Very useful tool for humiliation and training purposes.
