In China, posting nude is against the law. Nudity posted in chat rooms is often removed and the account of the poster is frozen if he/she violate this often. However, the general rules is: as long as you don't show the "three points", that is, nipples and pussy, partial nudity is often allowed. Hence, when I post chat room in Chinese social media, I would perform photo cropping, so you can clearly assume the girl is fully naked, and she is hung there being tortured, but the photo itself, actually does not show "three points", just the hint. My favorite AOH scenes are those using handcuffs or metal wrist restraints and (if possible) full extension/suspension.
But they are quite rare...

I'm glad to see my custom videos are influencing other artists! You made a good choice; CRY is an excellent victim and White Rose is my favorite Dr. Squalus! I would've continued to cast CRY forever, but her rates jumped up due to her popularity from my (and others) videos, so I had to recast my victim roles. I think I've found a few with some staying power. Meanwhile, here are vidcaps from the video.

I would've continued to cast CRY forever, but her rates jumped up due to her popularity from my (and others) videos, so I had to recast my victim roles. I love it! I love the idea of one doctor demonstrating techniques to another doctor with multiple victims.

Alex no longer has the brick wall backdrop, but I think he is keeping the cell block stage and has a new Inquisition stage, so I can use those two sets to imply that the doctors are moving from room to room. I'd have to pay rates for 4 actors, but if shot in two parts it might be feasible. Would you mind if I borrowed dialogue from your art? I'm thinking Dr. Squalus (blonde White Rose) can be demonstrating to Dr. Crocodilia (Marie) certain techniques to improve Crocodilia's medical practice for the infliction of pain. Or something like that.

If you're looking for a particular model victim or position for your stories, let me know and I'll see what I have. Pretty much all of the medical stuff on Cruel World is mine, and a couple of "Rope or Money" videos.

I'm happy you liked it. And by all means, help yourself to the dialogue, and I apologize for not seeking your blessing to use the images. The suspension shot I screen capped from a 1080p vid you put up somewhere and posted a link to. And not that Rose/Dr. Squalus doesn't look fine naked and bound she's far more useful to me in a lab coat as a protagonist, I've used her in a couple of my stories. As for Alex's bricks.... they make a useful grid for getting the replacement background lined up in perspective.
As for Cry/Petra, I have her and Alex cast as Lubna Mohamed and Mr. Wilson in a serial killer story. Right now I'm using Petelobo"s screen caps of her but will transition to yours as she enters her second week in captivity in
"Mr. Wilson's Basement"
