Which film is this from?

I have accumulated way too much pics in my HD and can't allways trace down the origin, also for aesthetic reasons I usually crop out the producer's logo which makes identification more difficult.

From memory it's from a video in the "Russian Slaves" series, I think it was #72 (to be confirmed, I no longer have the video)
