Oops, sorry, many of us don't have railroad spikes around. I have some nice long lag bolts generally used for wood fences. The tightening down with lag wrench would be something to see.

it's more complicated, but it's ingenious.
a board with angled needles.
strong clamps on the nipples with rope.
weights to pull the breasts towards the needles.
you have to slowly add weights so that the breasts are impaled
on the needles.
you have to take your time
