The middle ones are indeed from an amateur shoot or video.
I saw a few short clips of this couple but they date from 2003 & 2005 and are in very low resolution (240 x 320) so not worthwhile posting screenshots as the quality is far too low. I presumed they were USA based on the sound of the clips being clearly American English.
