I had this one on PAL VHS back in the day. The DVD, called "Violence 2", comes from Belrose, in the Netherlands. I don't know where you can get it elsewhere.

If you've never seen this, it's worth the money. Renee Baker and Georgia are tortured by JB in a dingy gray cellar/basement. Very hardcore, compared to the relatively tame stuff marketed by HOM in the States. Some real blood, from the pins stuck in Renee's boobs, and simulated violence. Renee gets both her nipples cut off at one point.

The cellar sort of reminded me of that Adult Video Store underground set in Minnesota (?) that ZFX used on occasion.

Was HOM basically the same as California Star?

The first GIMP related material I ever saw was the CalStar stuff from the late 80s early 90s. A particular favourite was 'Tourist Trap' - I loved the back story which I believe influenced the later ZFX productions.

Here are some shots of a woman called (I think) Sybil Lake who was made to suffer terribly in Tourist Trap. This is my favourite scene where she's been hoisted up into a painful back-breaking arch via a cruelly positioned crotch rope.
I loved that although she'd been stripped naked except for her panties she still had her heels on - this made it difficult for her to maintain her balance and I remember her heels scrabbling on the table as she tried to stay arched to prevent the rope from slicing deeper into her crotch!
