I received this from Alex and Cruel World. Looks like we're going to need a letter=writing campaign to get him back on Clips4Sale:

"Dear friend!! My account on clip4sale was blocked more than a week ago. The reason was ridiculous - the new rules - now, instead of attaching a release to each film for the actress who played in the film, they demanded that there be only one release for each actress, but for the last film with each actress. This was an unexpected requirement for us, but we quickly fulfilled it. However, our account on this site is blocked. The responses of the clip4sale moderators to our emails are more like a mockery than an answer to the essence of the question. And this site brought us a very substantial income earlier. Could you on the GIMP forum ask those who use this site to purchase our films to write letters to the site administration in our defense? I have a feeling that this problem is caused by the arbitrariness of one of their lower-level administrators. If the decision was not made at the leadership level - "no longer cooperate with the citizens of Russia", then everything would be clear and we would be directly informed about it. What keeps you folks from using Nicheclips, instead of 911 Entertainment (deadsexyclips) and Clips 4 Sale?

I use C4S, but not for the hard stuff like I can find on Nicheclips. And deadsexyclips purchase system is a little too weird for me, as it seems to take at least a few days for the purchase to go through?

The odd thing is, Cruel World is fake but Miss Sultry Belle is not, yet C4S says Cruel World is too hard. I'm thinking it's because of the Russian embargo.

Does deadsexyclips respond more quickly when you're a regular user? IOW, what's the "normal" delay between purchasing a clip and downloading it?

And re: the C4S issue, I think it may be a combination of both prejudice against Russia because of the Ukraine invasion and also a sign that Alex is doing a good job, vis-à-vis the "suffering" of his actresses.

As you can tell by my avatar, I definitely support Ukraine in their struggle. But I can't overlook that Alex makes the kind of product I enjoy and is a big part of our little niche. I buy from both Electric City and Cruel World, but I find that ECP doesn't quite scratch my particular itch. Other GIMP members flip that around, and that's okay and to be expected.

And I look at it like putting food on the table for Alex and the girls, not as "support for Russia" per se.

It's interesting that Alex said he made a substantial profit from C4S, but I guess C4S has grown into quite a monster company, too.
