This might be only remotely related to this topic, but what I especially like is when the GIMP is being brutally led (preferably by her hair) to the dungeon or the place where she will be tortured.
I find these "before" pics very exiting:

Well, so much for carrying the gimp. I admit I stretched the definition by including dragging, but now we're back to suspension.

Very rarely seen, actually. And it's a shame since it's a very effective (and humiliating) technique to lead the gimp but it can only be found in a few spanking/CP videos.
