I have it and I wrote it. The screams aren't ear-shattering because I didn't want them to be. More like harsh electricity that tenses the body, and then the subject realizes that it's actually very pleasurable. The orgasms are fake, but the actors do a good job selling it. It'll make you question whether you're the man you think you are.
