I thought I had located the clip, from an earlier backup, but, alas, it is incomplete and lacks all the breast piercing, among other things. The search continues... Extremely rare, good stuff.

At least my copy of Punished 3 has it, toward the latter part of the video:

Yep, it's Blakemore.
FYI... Johnny T of Captive Cuties is a huge fan of Blakemore's, and his work greatly reflects Blakemore's style. His photos and videos are rather recent and quite good, but I don't think he's currently producing. Check out his stuff on Clips 4 Sale.
