I've seen that particular bra before, and those little metal spikes have got my curiosity up. At first glance I thought they were blind nuts (aka T nuts), but they're not. They are actually the reverse of that, and I can't find them anywhere doing search for ordinary hardware. So I'm wondering if they are purpose made for bdsm, and where to find them. There so many possibilities for those little gems, they just really grabbed my attention.

Those are three prong thumb tacks riveted to the leather disk. I also saw that kind of bra in some BDSM movie but I can't remember which one. I'm not sure but I think is was in one of the German movies with slave k (sklavin k).

I think there two piece decorative rivet studs with the back plate put on backwards. Craft supplies leather/denim as opposed to hardware. Nipples are Melissa Ashley's.
