Very uncomfortable for sure, the extra head harness/gag and electrical stimulation (cattle prod) won't help the poor girl...
Thanks for these extra pics. I really love them.
Not often do you get to see a perfectly sized cage so nicely occupied.
Image how she would be suffering after a day in there.... or a week.

It would be cool to wire up the sides as electric fences to keep the gimps away (and hopping). Perhaps, if we feel like it, small patch could be left unwired so gimp can rest arms.

What about those body shaped cages with the prisoner on all 4 ?
If they are electrified, she'd have to remain very still so as not to touch anything.
Or, if you don't want to run up your electric bill, a 1-1/2" spike welded at every cross piece (pointed in of course) will help keep her from becoming too bored.

That's a great idea and I'm surprised that nobody (not even the very imaginative PD !) has done it so far.
It would be perfectly possible to build a metal cage with each sides insulated from each other: the bottom (Platform) metal grid would be the first electrode and the other sides the second one(s). This way the caged gimp can not rest against the sides or touch them without receiving an electric shock, a very trying and restrictive situation. Quite obviously, sleeping or even relaxing her attention would be impossible. A very cruel torture indeed... especially if the cage is small.
Once fatigue has set in and her attention has been relaxed, mistakes (and shocks !) will be more and more frequent... all you have to do is wait and observe.
In the meantime, there are other (more gentle) ways to make it less comfortable for the gimp:
