Instructions for a double play in case they are needed.

1) Stuff the mouth first, then wrap the tape it ALL the way around the head

2) Make sure it’s tight. The gag itself should be part of the torture

3) Test it out before you get to the real work at hand. Use a cattle prod to her upper thigh for instance - anything to evoke a strong reaction. The sound should be totally muffled so that only a squeak can be heard, and some instantly heavier and panicked breathing through her nose.

The gag should never be used as a decorative or erotic item but as an effective coercion accessory to force the bitch to silence. It should be neither comfortable or pleasant to wear but fully effective to block all these annoying screams, moans and squeaks these stupid bitches have the tendency to make for any futile reasons (like being submitted to caning, torture, electric shocks,etc...)
The gag should also be used as a punishing tool on slaves which have been too talkative, to remind them that their mouth's primary function is not to speak. The gag must be left in place for no less than 5 hours for the punition to be effective.

To the above I would add:

1) Stuff the mouth densely and compactly with enough material to keep it wide open, don't care about the sub's moanings and complaints, stops only when her mouth is fully and tightly filled.

2) For mouth filling, use any compressible and if possible absorbent material, sanitary napkins are excellent for this purpose (sometimes two pieces are needed), or makeup pads, surgical wadding, cleaning sponge,... using intimate underwear (panties, thongs, pantyhoses, etc...) are an excellent alternative too and good to increase the humiliation factor (especially if removed from another female slave! ) If you feel inspired you may add used condoms or tampons to the filling material just for the fun of it (but not the slave's one !).

3) Then add many layers (min. 3) of bandage wrap to keep everything tightly in place, the bitch should not be able to push or expel the filling material out of her mouth with her tongue. The best tape for this purpose is called VetWrap (or similar) also called self adherent (or cohesive) tape. It sticks to itself but not to the hair and has excellent compressive properties. Easy to fit and remove, available in many colors , I prefer white (and sometimes black) for gags. Other (industrial) adhesive tapes could be used with more or less success and the transparent ones could be visually appealing.

4) Of course the effectiveness of the gag must be tested after fitting and your recommended electric shock method is excellent for this purpose : only low intensity squeaks should be heard. Also, the gag must be checked from time to time to detect the presence of leaks: it must be both sound AND drool proof. The presence of any drooling (saliva) is a clear indication that the gag is not tight enough and must be strenghtened (more layers of tape and/or filling material) and the slave punished for being messy.

The above method is the most effective to silence noisy bitches and was found to be far superior to the classic ballgag. Of course, the noisy bitches don't like it, but who cares ?
