I am not an axpert at AI , but not bad with live action production.

Maybe somebody can tell me if this is “ real or Memorex” and the fact, that the budget was only 6K …..

With a 12 to 1 reduction in production costs I understand you are tempted to quit (real) live production.
It's amazing indeed but like all the A.I productions I've watched so far the same problem remains: girls (and everything around) are TOO PERFECT , it's unreal and you can still see it's A.I generated. But progress is very fast in this field and I'm sure this will be corrected very soon...

The video is definitely 100% AI... but I seriously doubt that the production cost was only 6K.

It's quite easy to make a 5 sec video clip from an existing image using an online AI generator. Making a 5 sec video from text prompt only is more of a challenge, but still feasible.

The El Café en Paris video is something else:
- 1 min and 33 sec of video... still everything looks consistent throughout, the characters are the same, the environments looks exactly the same... how many hours of video did they have to discard because the AI f*cked up the look of the café or the characters? If it's something AI has a problem with, it's consistency...

- I counted 18 cuts during the 1 min and 33 sec... that an average scene length of 5 sec, which is pretty typical AI. Still they managed to get an even flow and a smooth transition between scenes, everything looks consistent. I believe there are many hours of video generated for this, what you see is a compilation of the 1% that turned out OK and was usable in the finished video.

They claim that the produciton cost was:

Prompting specialist per day: EUR 2500
While I think this is a reasonable daily rate for an AI prompting expert, I don't believe such an expert will pull this off in one day... Prompting 18 five second scenes to this level of perfection is not a one day job!

Post production: EUR 2000
Again... this looks like a reasonable daily rate for a post production professional... which I doubt will pull this off in one day for the reasons stated above!

Production cost 6K... I can believe that if they have a streamlined and optimized work flow set up after making 100 similar AI videos.
If you look at other YPH Entertainment videos, you'll see that they pretty much all look the same. Maybe they have a streamlined work flow setup to churn out hundreds of hours of similar videos with the same AI characters and the same look and feel. If so, I can believe that they can put together a 1 min and 30 clip at a reasonable cost!

I recommend you start with an online AI generator, they are easy to use and hides you from all the technical stuff going on "under the hood".

Here is one that is free and allows nudity:

Free NSFW AI Generator

Super easy to use:
Just type in the prompt (a description what you want to see), chose an art style and click "Generate"!

I did a quick test with this prompt:

A naked woman chained to a wall, arms up, legs spread in a medieval dungeon

Just for fun, I chose three very different art styles:
- 1920s photo
- Oil Painting - Old
- Vintage Comic

This is what came out... try to match each picture with the art style! :D

Thanks for looking at the video. “TOO PERFECT” is not what would worry me. :D

I really appreciate your detailed analysis. If you are right that 100s of hours were spent experimenting to achieve less then 2 minutes then that is a problem. If on the other hand his estimates are correct, then this is getting close to “live” production costs.

Still I am looking to invest into something which can achieve this quality. Only time will tell.

I think yours is a wise decision.
Better to anticipate and become familiar with these new techniques now than be late and sorry.
OK, it's not for tomorrow yet... but maybe after tomorrow.
Thre's no doubt time WILL tell you.
Be ready.
