If it's a .png file, open it with the Paint program (which should be available on all Windows computers).
Hit key F12 and resave it as a .jpg file, that will usually do the trick.
Then repost using the newer (.jpg) file.
If you hover your mouse pointer over the original file, it will tell you some details on what the file is...

OR

You can easily resize it using "Paint",

Find Paint and open that Dee Williams file ,
Ctrl - W, which should bring up the Resize box over your image

Then type in your desired numbers and hit enter (noting where you're saving to).
You usually have to enter an appended name to avoid overwriting your original file. Just using "a" at the end will work.
Then you can use that newer image to post.

Can't recall if this meat tenderizer ever made it on there?
