New York Ripper is available on 4K UHD

As a followup to my (somewhat) recent posts about the 4K special edition of the original I Spit on Your Grave and the Blu-ray edition of The Gestapo's Last Orgy, I would note there is also a 4K ultra-high definition version of the Lucio Fulci film, the New York Ripper.

I have to confess I've never seen this one. However, my understanding is it does have some scenes that will appeal to some GIMPers.

It's definitely a film I want to check out at some point.

Definitely some good scenes… but I’m not sure the original print would be worth 4k… I don’t recall that the resolution was great to begin with. But maybe I’m wrong. Here are some clips…

The reviews on YouTube all say the quality of the transfer is excellent, for whatever that's worth.
