Here you raise a question concerning rules which I can't remember have been mentioned in the many discussions in this forum.
The cards must be obeyed. Probably one can also say that the position one is put in cannot be refused, but could Tatjana order Amanda to open her legs in the way suggested? Does the torturer have that authority and what would happen if a request/order was met with a refusal?
