Therefore, I would like to briefly explain what problems I see with the current subscription model. Although there are weekly updates, one only gets one full movie per month. Each movie is divided into 4-5 parts and then released piecemeal. Whereas the release of multiple movies happens in parallel, so you need more than a month to have a movie complete.

Considering that a regular subscription costs $40 a month, you are basically paying $40 per movie. That's the same as what EP takes for one movie. Unfortunately, in the past there were always films that didn't interest me at all, for example because the models were severely overweight or middle-aged or less attractive.

It's clear that a subscription is interesting for a studio, because you have a steady income with which you can calculate in the long term. But as a customer, one is easily disappointed if gettinging content for the money that you don't like.

The idea of opening a VIP area to publish videos that members like sounds good at first. However, I think that this concept will be difficult to implement. The way you announce the VIP area, you raise the hope that as a customer one can more or less have a say in which movies are produced. But that would only succeed if the tastes of the members are more or less the same. I think that will hardly be the case: For example, you'll have people who are into bastinado (foot), while that leaves others cold. Here on the forum, the topic of blood has more or less split the community in half. That's fine in a forum like this and makes for lively discussions. But when you have a VIP section where members pay for access and thus expect their wishes to be fulfilled, it becomes difficult.

Another thought: why should the members of the area pay money in the first place to make suggestions about what they would like to see in the movies? These discussions exist for EP/Mood films here as well, and Pedro is very communicative. He has an interest in sharing with people, even without taking money for it. If Graias is asking for money for this input, it makes me a bit skeptical. After all, Graias has only used this site to promote new films, but has never responded to any comments. * Will the new site be launched in parallel with Graias? Will members have access to the Graias content or "only" to the new movies?
* Will the movies be released piecemeal again, as with Graias, or will they be full releases?

I think the timing of launching a new offering is good because Pedro will be releasing fewer movies with EP. So there will be a gap that you could fill.

You made a few good points.

I agree if the VIP club comes with ugly or average looking models, i will be definitely not sign up. Only with young beautiful girls and with exeptional bodies, like round bubbles butts, larger tits from cup size C up, not fat, beautiful provocative faces and mouth and so on.

It's obvious but worthy to mention that these days you can't find a company that is actively producing edgy BDSM scenes. The reason is obvious: it's so difficult! there are many challenges on the way that makes the companies unable to go in this direction. The demand exist though - based on our survey 89.1 percent of our viewers like to see such videos. So please consider the challenges here when making comparison.

We did a stakeholders analysis and based on that, we've decided to make this channel private to be able to manage the risks. We want to make sure to have one specific group of audience with similar interest in BDSM videos that at least, don't get triggered by blood, screams or pain.

Each month we show you what movies are available and you can choose whether to buy it or not. The more video you buy, the more credit your key will hold and with high-credit key, your vote, comments, feedback become much more valuable to the team. if you choose not to pay for any video for a long period of time, we'll ask you for a monthly membership fee which is (as I wrote before) dependent on how many active members we have. Depending on how the club perform, we might charge an application fee for the future but for now you can just complete the form for free.

This is not a business for us but a hobby, and you're not a customer but a friend. we expect to have a zero ROI in this channel so we're not even thinking about making money here. There's no business interest in making a VIP club to produce extreme stuff.
