Malaysian frame caning.

Why is she wearing an apron? Is that a Malaysian thing? I would think full nude would be appropriate... in case the criminal passes out and needs immediate medical attention.

The photo is from Indonesia, but in Malaysia men also wear aapron over their genitals when being led to caning and while being caned

Since women in Malaysia are not beaten nude and not in this caning rack, but fully clothed in public, no apron is required.

I think Miss Belle should only use it for the genital area and not to cover the tits:
