It's funy how they try to be provocative and edgy but being 2021 they are also political corect and call it 'mental illness' rather than more visceral 'madness' or 'craziness' or other terms out of favour by the language police of the day. Funny, indeed.

Hmmm... I wonder if there may have been a deliberate attempt to contrast the (quite professionally rendered) monstrous art with the clinical language.
