Yet another spike has been hammered through her body, securing her most sensitive and sexual parts to the forward facing wooden pole.

You may not have noticed the spike attached to the boards crushing her breasts that extends upward through her bottom jaw, through her upper palette and out through her nose.
Another spike traps her tongue and also ends up coming out the top of her nose.
I think she is pretty well secured... in agony and mental turmoil.

Another set, not quite so violent but once the interview is over there will be torture to face. Already stripped to make her realise her vulnerability, already secured so she cannot defend herself. She has to stand naked in front of her interrogators, knowing she must not identify the photos of her friends.
