I beg another helping hand from the guru, JD, despite your comment about faces! I mentioned that one of my pet peeves with the old Men's magazine covers was that a number of the heroines had expressions like they were sitting at the beauty parlor. Here's an example that I worked on.

I'm fairly pleased with how removing the clothing turned out on the main figure, despite the fact that the image resolution is kind of low. But I simply cannot find a way to replace that bored expression with something more appropriate. Screaming or showing some kind of fear.

Do you know anything that might help me?

Thanks

Thanks. I had to work at it harder than usual because the AI software doesn't work as well with low resolution images. For example, I wasn't able to do anything with the background figure being dunked in the water. Fooocus kept portraying her as only having ONE breast! Hardly a good result, and I finally gave up. I'll try to stick to higher res stuff in the future.

Bleumune I use to use warp brush tool in my Coral paint shop to lower the bottom lip and widen the eyes.
To give damsel a more scare look. In these natural bored look Men's Mag. damsels have it possible to open or and widen mouth. I create poser now so have not done for a long time. Will Burner

Thanks for your info, Will. Unfortunately, my fingers aren't up to the task of doing fine artwork in any art software. I picked up a free, legitimate Adobe Photoshop years ago (CS3), and I can do a lot of things with it--as long as it doesn't require the fine-motor finger control I used to have thirty-odd years ago! :(

That's why I'm really enjoying JD's AI tutoring. The AI does what my fingers can't any more (actually, to be honest, I probably was NEVER good enough to do any real modifications and be satisfied with them!)

Hi JD and any interested parties,

Well, after some research, I finally managed to get a face on the primary heroine that doesn't look like she's bored to tears. The AI software, Fooocus, will change expressions but it's pretty twitchy about what it gives you. The prompts ought to have produced an image where the heroine is madly screaming in pain. Best I could get is the image attached, but at least she doesn't look like she's walking down the runway at a fashion show. She also doesn't look all that close to the original imagery, but that may be a function of the seed used by the AI software.

Much better fear  8-) facial expression, but why the change :? in the hair.
The forehead has odd wiggle and hair not hanging down covering forehead as in the previous pic. Will Burner

Why don't you mark the face for replacement and use some prompts for inpainting? Here's the first one I got, prompts 'shouting, closed eyes'.

Not a complaint in sight! :) But for figures that we know they are less endowed, those huge melons look fake so I'd use a LORA adjustor that makes smaller boobs. For me, to get smaller (and more in sync with the 'target') I'd use RealisticStockPhoto as a base model and SlimWoman as LORA with a strength of 1 to 2 depending how small you want the titties. Keyword is either 'small breasts' or 'flat chest'.

If you're tired of the perfect siliconed boobies in the base model, you can add some realistic sagginess with a LORA like this one. https://civitai.com/models/256298?modelVersionId=331927 or others. Just make sure they are for SDXL, not SD, as they will not work in Foooocus. If you want to play with SD, download Automatic1111. A bit less user friendly though.

You can get them boobies even slightly uneven, like in real life for most of the women ...
