[AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
Re: [AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
Thanks! As soon as I find time I'll try to install Comfy as well, then. Unless someone firtìst finds a way to translate this kind of workflow (drawing to realistic) in Fooocus...
Re: [AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
Exactly as xs70 posited. Focoous is a highly specialized application of SD, for high res and ease of use. That comes with a price, in inflexibility (think Apple OS). Most of the rest of the solutions for SD (Midjourney, Comfy) are A LOT more flexible than Fooocus with the drawback that you'll have to invest a bit of time to make all the parts work together (think Windows OS). God knows how much time I wasted trying to make downloadable module works together in Comfy. Sometimes newer versions of them refuse to work with older and so on. In Fooocus you need not worry about as everything works from the box (but you can't move outside what Fooocus in build for).

1)AFAYK can drawing to photorealistic be done in Fooocus? ANd how?
2) If not, are we 100% sure that d'loading comfy will not screw up my installation of Fooocus?
Re: [AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
1. No.
2. Yes. They use entirely different libraries. Make sure you install on different folders and on a fast drive (SDD prefered).
Re: [AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
Ehm... I finally sat down to try it today, only to find out that both this and the former workflow are no longer available...xs70 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 26, 2025 6:47 pm To economize on VRAM, try this workflow: https://filebin.net/kg5vupk7b9gleg4s . It's the same as the other workflow but with a GGUF loader node. GGUF versions of Flux are smaller with lower precision.
You will need to download this model: https://civitai.com/models/705823?modelVersionId=789555
Location: ComfyUI/models/unet
Then refresh your ComfyUI window, and select the new model in the first node of group 1: Unet Loader (GGUF)
This model is NSFW and 5GB in size. The controlnet model is 2GB. With a bit of luck, everything will fit in your VRAM. If not, you can give this 3.76GB version a shot: https://civitai.com/models/705823?modelVersionId=789543
GGUF for some reason doesn't work well with LoRA's. I think you can combine 1, after that things get really slow, which defeats the point of using GGUF.

Hmmm.. that link works for me. I created it 5 hours ago.

Careful with this one, it may be a bad file...corrupted, or?LLL wrote: ↑Tue Sep 09, 2025 11:44 amI tried. When I click on download nothing happens however.
I got a warning when I went to the site, but downloaded it anyway, and now my Downloads folder won't open...
Re: [AI Technique] Lineart -> Flux -> HighRes
It seems all normal to me. This is what I see when I open that link:
There are two json files. You need to save them onto your machine. Then drag one of them onto a ComfyUI window.
