I love these:
1) That body is just perfect for whipping
2) I love seeing a woman dishing out the punishment to another woman
2) I like the expression on her face and the bared teeth - looks like she's dreading the next lash not knowing where it's going to land
4) I love the tan lines - looks like she's been sunbathing topless in just a pair of thong bikini briefs - maybe that's why she's being punished. The stripes will show up nicely on those pale areas.
5) I love the boots
The only way this could be improved would be a spreader bar between her ankles to keep those legs spread nice and wide
