Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Although Sam realised the position she was placed in presented her breasts and sensitive nipples to prominent display, she still found herself wondering: for what purpose?
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Master XS, do you know any workflow for Comfy to colorize black/white images? No other alteration, just adding color. I noticed Mr Hyde does that lately but I guess he's probably using an WebAI solution.
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
I haven't used this yet, so no guarantees, but this seems pretty nice for what you're looking for: https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-DDColor
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Thanks, afraid that writing my own JSON file will exceed my current skill.
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
You can install the node via the ComfyUI Manager. Open a ComfyUI window, open the Manager, select Custom Nodes Manager.
Under Filter (at the top of the window), search for ddcolor. Install the one with the most stars (ID = 319 on my screen).
Refresh your browser window, then doubleclick where you want to drop the node. Type ddcolor, that should bring up the node.

Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Thanks, I was able to find it on Node Library, on the left side then trial and error. Thanks for the spotting.
Here's an early result. Not too shabby.

Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
That's very nice, actually.

Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
I wanted to ask the various experts for some advice, using a modified pic by JD as an example.
I pasted a cutout of a young Nastassja Kinski over the upper body of Aloy using Photopea (free) and then smoothed the edges using Fooocus (free).
Of course, this was done quickly and the result has multiple issues - if I had taken more time I could have improved it slightly. But one issue stands out supreme: the different skin color.
Now once I would have tried to fix that using Photoshop's match color function. However I no longer have Photoshop available. Photopea too has a match color function but it works awfully.
So, is there a way to use Fooocus to make Aloy's body asume the color of Nastassja's? Or at least a comon middle ground? A search online seems to get a positive response, but as for how to proceed it's quite obscure and poor on details...

Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
ComfyUI has a couple of different color matching nodes. Fooocus I haven't used yet, so dunno. You could try GIMP, the open source alternative for Photoshop: https://www.gimp.org/
Re: Experimenting with Stable Diffusion
Thanks for the suggestion. I am planning to install Comfy one of this days; GIMP I dl'd years ago, tried it several times but the UI is just too obscure for me.xs70 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 4:41 pm ComfyUI has a couple of different color matching nodes.
