Not really possible. Viruses don't attach to image/video files. False alarm. Can you tell the name and extension (especially) of the file you got flagged?

You might get a viral attempt from the host, they are free, that's the trouble with all of them but you can get away using a adblocker. Will take care of them as well.

Not at all. Videos are data files, they do NOT ever get executable control from your OS. Even the most sofisticated containers, like MKV do NOT include macros. Please, don't spread misinfo. Most likely the host, uptobox tried to send you a trouble file. Do what I suggest (get an updated AdBlocker).
