Yeah, that's Cecelia for sure, but I don't think that's JD's work. But I could be wrong.

This is a nice rack image grabbed from the web a long time ago. It may be part of a comic? I don't understand it, though the busty young woman's predicament is clear.

Is the guy at the head of the rack a military person of some sort? For some reason the uniform makes me think French?

Is she a spy of some sort being interrogated?

And what's the deal with the "bird" headed figure pointing at the young woman?

There's a watermark in the lower left, but ??

Does anyone know?

Its a very nice image yyy02.
The uniform definitely looks Napoleonic. The bird mask was worn by plague doctors in Europe. It served as a kind of primitive 'gas mask' for medical practitioners in 17th-century Europe, designed to protect its wearer from the foul odours associated with the plague. But I think it's being used here just as a 3D prop to make the scene even more chilling.

Can't find more images by what looks like Hovanec, on the net.
