Very nice pics. I think however that at a smaller angle the stress is even worse, and arms right up is the worst. I may be wrong of course.

could you ask Alex to tie her two ankles together, then chain her feet to the ground, hate them dangling around and could use to kick the torturer. When the feet are chained to a fixed point on the ground, any struggle will increase her stress in the arm muscle. She would be much more helpless and in pain.

Please chain her feet to the ground, so she won't be able to swing, struggle or kick.
