Not sure she (Shay Fox) can be called "athletic" but she seems solidly built and rather strong (there are stones in the buckets):

Emma at home
Part 1: Run of the mill
Emma was the classic all-American track athlete, blonde, 5’8” and weighing in at a scant 120lb in the rain.. She’d accomplished almost everything an athlete could aspire to: world champion, Olympic medalist, national champion, the list went on and on. She’d also written the cookbook that seemed to be mandatory for all female Olympians nowadays, and had a successful coaching business of her own.
She had the classic lean frame of a track athlete, her body was her livelihood, and she went to great lengths to keep it in peak condition – she trained hard, ate well and avoided pretty much all junk and her efforts showed, there wasn’t an ounce of fat anywhere on her lean frame. She was a tough cookie, training year round regardless of the snow or heat, she lived with her husband on a large secluded farm in Colorado, making the most of living at altitude to squeeze every inch of performance out of her body. It was a large property, and they’d converted one of their barns to be a world class gym, with treadmills, weights and everything else the Olympian needed to keep in shape – it sat away from the main house to try and keep some separation between her home and athletic lives.
He’d researched thoroughly as always - he knew both her and her husband’s schedules, so he knew she’d be home along the next few days before travelling to her next race. He knew the rough layout of her farm, and that it was well over a mile to the nearest neighbours.. The property wasn’t overlooked and there were plenty of woods surrounding the house.
He’d gathered from her social media that she had a hard treadmill workout planned for today, so he drove his non-descript van up the driveway to the property, parking out of site of the house, watching through binoculars for her to head to the barn to begin her session. He didn’t have to wait too long before she emerged from the house wearing one of her usual miniscule running outfits – incredibly short shorts, sports bra and running shoes only, and carrying a water bottle she bounced over to the barn, slid open both doors to ensure a good flow of cooling mountain air during her run, switched on the state-of-the-art treadmill and got to work.
She always ran looking at the mountains, facing away from the driveway so he drove his truck and parked outside the main house. He grabbed the small bag containing all the equipment he’d need for the first phase of what he had planned and walked carefully around the side of the barn. He could hear the pounding of her feet on the treadmill, her heavy breathing and the tinny sound of the music leaking from her headphones. He paused, admiring her athleticism – she was in the hardest part of her workout – the treadmill was having to work almost as hard as she was, sweat was flying off her lean body in all directions, her long blonde ponytail flicking in time with her stride. The maximum range of the tazer he was using was around 30 feet, but he couldn’t risk missing – he advanced to within around 15 feet of the open barn door. She was oblivious to the world around her, totally focused on her intervals..
He approached from behind her, taking careful aim at her exposed lower back and fired, he was right on target - the barbs buried themselves in her exposed skin and transmitted their 50,000 volts into the unsuspecting woman’s lean body.
The first thing Emma knew anything was out of the ordinary was when her world exploded from her lower back - she didn’t have time to figure out what was happening to her, let alone stop the treadmill before she collapsed - the belt kept moving as she stumbled, and the treadmill spat her unceremoniously onto the floor of the barn behind the treadmill.
He kept the current flowing, her body convulsing on the floor as her muscles contracted against her will.. He was on her instantly - he jammed another stun gun on the base of her neck and rendered her unconscious with another jolt of electricity. He removed the pack from his tazer and reloaded a fresh one, leaving the wires trailing from the barbs buried within her flesh for now.
He worked quickly, flipping her onto her stomach and removing her running shoes and socks, exposing her Olympic ring tattoos on her foot.
He pulled out a handful of flexicuff ziptie cuffs - her body was slick with sweat as he roughly pulled her arms behind her back and slipped a pair over her slender wrists, tightening them cruelly. He slid another pair over her ankles, and was pleased to find that he could slip them up her calves and over her knees, tightening them around her lower thighs before adding a final pair around her ankles, and making sure that all 3 pairs were as tight as possible – the restraints would hurt Emma as they cut into her, but that was soon going to be the least of her worries.
Her body was hot to the touch, and even though she was unconscious she was panting hard as her body tried to get the oxygen levels in her blood back to normal after her workout, and the exertions caused by the tazer, she was also still sweating – on areas of her skin where he’d unintentionally wiped away her sweat as her bound her, beads of perspiration were already forming as her body tried to lower it’s core temperature.
He grabbed a thick zip tie from his bag and looped it around the cuffs on her ankles and pulled them backwards towards her wrists, arching her back and hogtieing her, her hands brushing the taser barbs still embedded in her back.
Finally he retrieved her socks, stuffed them into her mouth, and wrapped her head with multiple layers of duct tape, taking care to lift her ponytail out of the way and wrap the tape underneath.
Now the initial frenetic effort of subduing her was done he took stock – he switched off the treadmill, and closed both of the barn doors. He looked around the gym appreciatively, whoever had done the renovation and installation had done an excellent job, it would work perfectly for what he had in mind. He checked her bonds, and left the helpless woman on the floor while he went back to his van to get everything he’d need for what he had planned for Emma’s amazingly taut body.

I'd also rather see actual athletic GIMPs than "women we'd like to torture" on this thread. IMO there is only one real athletic GIMP out there right now and that is my latest AOH muse Lora Cross. She tweets workout vids of her ripped bod (that is available for customs) often like today:
