Great pic and position, and it's MUCH better like that.

But I would have added an object (a dildo, or glass of water ?) in balance on her forehead, which she's not allowed to let fall throughout the duration of her punishment. If she fails, everything starts again with the time counter reset to zero...

Indeed... makes me wonder if her neck was really stretched that much, or if it's photoshopped.
