I don't like tatoos either, neither do I like facial (noose, lips, tongue) piercings/rings. Not a total turn-off for me, but much better without.

But there are some limited (contextual )situations where tatoos are OK for me, especially on young looking girls.

I like when young girls are doing nasty thing which they aren't supposed to do at their age, like: smoking, wearing slutty outfits, heavy makeup, and... tatoos and piercings ! All these "forbidden" activities (for which parental authorization would be needed) are all good reasons to punish them more severely.

I also like (discrete) tatoos used as slave property markings, etc. (Slave # ,...)
