Their is something else that I want to inform everybody of, I am in the process of stepping down as moderator of this board. For those who dont know I am a full time student and I work part time. I just dont have the time for this anymore. Also for me this was a little side thing, something that I never really took seriouslly. That is also why I am going to tur the reigns over to Ralphus, he has a passion for this board and the movies that I just cannot share. I think that everybody would benefit from him being in charge of this board. Besides he has been here since the begining. This is going to be a slow transition as I will always be on hand to help Ralphus as he gets used to running the board.

Let's get back to the whole reason this board was created. Anybody here seen the new ZFX tape? I saw it, but with the breakdown of the board, as well as other personal distractions, I haven't had a chance to write my new review yet. I'll try to get to it soon. It's just been a rough month for me.

MAV: Regarding good ZFX tapes where the victim is hung by her wrists and shocked with a tazer, I can think of a very good one right away. Try "Voodoo Dolls 2", where the lovely Ms. Lisa Kinkaid gets that treatment. It's a terrific movie anyway, as is the original. It was one of Rick's Shockwave projects, the kind that offer a more advanced storyline than some of his other tapes. And for suspended whipping with a buxom actress, it doesn't get much better, and they don't get much more busty, than "Guilty" with Penelope Pace, post-boob job, strung up and flogged silly by Masters in one of ZFX's best whipping scenes. She is really suspended for what looks like a good ten minutes, although part of that might have been clever editing. Nonetheless, she endures quite a harsh whipping while hanging from her wrists. This is clearly the number one highlight from that tape, but it's a good tape all around, and worth checking out. The sequel, "Guilty 2" gives us more of the same (See my review of that tape in the Guestbook Archives).

Paul Atriedes re: "Drifters" The film probably merits a new look for me. After all, it does feature the ever so flogable Lisa throughout, and I am a big fan of single victim ZFX films.

That said, I've always had trouble with the sweat socks and pig-tales look she sports throughout the film. This is just my own preference, not a particularly critical observation. Still, no socks and a hairstyle ala SOB-IV and it would be right up there in my top five. For "all Lisa" films, I prefer the Voodoo Dolls, Stephanie Renford and the first Ballista movie. (2nd Ballista rates high, but it is not all Lisa.)

And the torch is passed to Ralphus. Alright Ralphus! Even tough, by Ralphus' own addmission, his web expertise is not all it can be (as of yet) the forum is in very capable hands. Ralphus, the one stop shop of B&D info...at least ZFX. All you newbies...ask the Ralphus.

It was kinda interseting (for a short while) to read some of the older posts. 1999 turns out to be the time frame when I just discovered the forum. It's also nice to see some regulars from back then continuing to post. It seems like it was the Gimp, Ralphus, NYCDOM, Satan and maybe a few others as the regulars back then when I just found it. Nice to see NYCDOM make a return to the forum as some absence. Satan's been absent for a while now though, Oh well. But we now have Damien (in between tirades) ;)

"Cold Metal" was real good, although not especially for Chandra's footage. She is mainly hypnotized and forced to suck off a phallic machine, if I recall (don't ask; I thought it was silly). The real star in this one is Amy Van Allen, IMO. This was another sci-fi mad scientist Shockwave opus, the second in the trilogy started by "Machine Head". This was a series that actually got better as it went along, which has happened quite a few times. The finale, "Rage Against The Machine", was the clearly the best of the three. It had memorable scenes with Lisa Kinkaid tied to a rack and penetrated with a dildo, Amy hung upside-down and whipped, and, in her ZFX debut, Monica Moore (Oh yes!). I don't remember much about Chandra from this one, but it's a real good tape anyway.

Best Chandra movies, if I had to remember without checking: "War Pigs, "War Pigs 2", "Toolbox Abductions Part 2", "Whiplash 2", and of course, her masterpiece "The Cheerleaders of Perilous U.". Those are five great titles, IMO, especially if you're ordering to see the beautiful Ms. Sweet :)

Don't even think about being bummed by what is going on with the board! It reads from the top, it reads from the bottom...Who cares? The simple fact is, IT READS. ZFX's latest release in 2001 is a video called "Phallicide", which sets up its one threadbare story in the first few minutes, then follows it up with a series of bondage and torture scenes until the story kicks in again during the last few minutes.

As the story begins, a young reporter is traveling out to an abandoned building to interview a serial rapist/killer, dubbed the "Phallic Killer" for his trademark of leaving a phallic object lodged in the asses of all his victims, those being pretty, young women. Seeing that the reporter is herself a pretty, young woman, and that the killer has requested she come alone, and wear something sexy, it doesn't take a great guessing game to figure out what's going to happen to her once she reaches that building.

The reporter is played by ZFX newcomer Talia Winter, a pigtailed brunette with a nice body, and the Phallic Killer is Travis Lee, veteran of several fine ZFX features, most notably as Otis in the "Night Prowler" series. Here he is totally unrecognizable in a rubber Halloween mask, and says not a single word throughout the entire video. The only way I could tell it was him? His name was in the credits.

Anyway, Talia is predictably grabbed by Lee (Stupid bitch! What did she think would happen?), who sneaks up from behind to slap on the handcuffs, then gags her with a stocking that he also wraps around her neck to choke her into submission. He pulls up her top and fondles the now unconscious girl before preparing for the good stuff.

Talia awakens to find herself standing with her wrists tied over her head to the ceiling, still cleave-gagged with the stocking. She sees Lee standing nearby, rubbing his own crotch area in anticipation. He approaches her with a knife, which he uses to cut open her bra, while she cries in muffled protest. A rope has been pulled up between her pussy lips and tied tightly at her waist. Lee replaces the thin and ineffective stocking gag with a red ballgag, and now takes a whip and goes to work on her. The clothespins are removed, but only so he can now whip away at her sore nipples, as she reacts with several painful screams. "Phallicide" is good minor league ZFX; with just one victim and a running time well below an hour, it's not as ambitious as other previous projects. Its plot begins as another variation of the earlier, better "Guilty", but pretty much abandons its attempt at storytelling once Talia gets grabbed. From then until its nasty ending, it's a series of well-directed setpieces, nicely acted by both performers, but could have used some good threatening dialogue to give it some edge. Talia Winter is pretty and plays her victim role well, but I would definitely lose the pigtails (That's my opinion, but then it's my review). "Phallicide" has most of what you would expect from ZFX, and it's a formula that works once again in this tape. My grade: B-

Looks like the transitions going well. I kinda expected a little more as far as a farewell from Mad Dog though, considering how outspoken he was. Although him saying "This is Mad Dog and this is my back" was a nice touch ;)

As for threads...how 'bout this one. Which mainstream movie or scene remake would you like to see remade ZFX style? There are plenty that come to mind but for me there's one scene in particular that I'd like to see. From the old "Avengers" series where Emma Peel is tied to a see-saw like device at the edge of a lake (or something like that...it's been so damn long since I've seen it that I hardley even remember it). She'd be tipped so her head would end up under the edge of the water and then lifted up again for information(?). This would be repeated with each subsequent dunking lasting longer than the next. It was pretty hot in leather (even though I'm not into leather) and always thought how hot a scene it could be done nude.

The opening 'phonecall' scene from 'Scream' would be quite a bit of fun - I was really hoping for something along the ZFX lines when I watched the actual movie, and was a fair bit disappointed that it didn't work out that way.

Pieces of film I'd like to see in ZFX...Well, it'd be nice if Rick could integrate more of the anime-style monster rape stuff. Also, the opening scene from Slave Girls from beyond Infinity (I think), the scene with the Dunwich Horror-style worm thing raping the girl. I realize these gizmos are expensive, tho, so don't worry much about it.

Also, one thing Rick has done really well in a few vids was a nasty combination of physical and psychological torture that slowly broke down the victim over the course of the vid. I think that probably takes a certain type of model, so it might not be something easily done.

Ralphus: Thanks for the review, I agree with you, Phallicide is light on story, its really more of a premise to place the lovely Ms Winter in the clutches the Phallic Killer, but I think it delivers alot of content, i.e. great scenes, with good visuals. The dialog of the killer would have made it better. Generally though, I agree with the review. I dunno if anyone noticed this, but in the beginning shots, we were in the middle of a raging snow storm. The exterior shots where done in about -10 weather. I was using a new camera, and it really perfomed admirably under some very adverse conditions. BTW, you will likely be seeing more of Ms. Winter in the future, possible shot down here.

Mainstream stuff: One movie that I have seen that had a very ZFXesque scene in it(try to say that 3 times fast) was Strange Days. There is a scene, done in a POV shot, where a dude breaks into an apartment and basically rapes and strangles a very hot chick in her bathroom. The premise of the movie is in the near future( believe its set at the millennial change) people are able to record their experiences, with all the visceral pleasure or pain that go with them. A blackmarket for underground snuff stuff emerges yada yada yada....anyway the movie has some good scenes.

Iago: I got big plans for something new right up your alley this fall(shoot not release then), waiting for the weather to cool off so we can start constructing sets. In the mean time, dont lose hope for tentacles, Ballista 3 is coming and I think you will find much of it to your liking=) Probably looking for a October or November release, its next on the agenda.

Iago- The worm scene you mention at the begining of "Slave Girls From..." might be at the begining of another movie of similar ilk (which I can't remember the name of). If it is the one I'm thinking of, it is actually an excerpt of a longer scene from "Galaxy of Terror" that was cut into the opening credits. "Galaxy of Terror" has a website devoted to it and other alien sex delights. I think it is www.galaxy_of_terror.com. Anyway, you probably allready knew all this, (I'd bet money on it!) but if you did not, both the movie and the site are worth looking into. (G.O.T. fans, imagine hitting the worm rape scene on HBO years ago by accident! I thought it was just going to be another low end science fiction flick...)

Hollywood Vampire- Good thread. There's plenty movies I would like to see ZXFed. From near misses ("Caged Women- Hell Mountain" which set up so well, only to fail to deliver) to scenes that were great but too short (Kathy Shower's ordeal in "The Furthur Adventures of Tennesee Buck"). Maybe this is a bit outside the ZFX genre but I wouldn't mind it at all if someone bankrolled a Rick Masters production of "The Story of O" starring Kelly McKay as O. I can imagine it delivering a lot more than the 1975 version.

My favorite though would be a reworking of "A Man Called Horse" ("A Woman Called Horse?") with no scrimping on the torture scenes. (ok, I would probably change the "hanging by hooks" scene to something involving being suspended by chords wrapped tightly around the heroines breasts.) I'm sure there are plenty of savage methods that could be explored in a full length feature film.

"Strange Days". Very interesting flick mentioned by Rick. Brigett Bako plays the victim and is one of my favorites (She was the lead in the original movie, not the series, of "Red Shoe Diaries". Shes also got a pretty good rape scene in a movie called "Dark Tide" or "Night Tide" or something like that where after a long chase scene through the woods she gets caught and tied to a chain link fence before getting raped. I've always liked the idea of the metal fence since it would be outdoors for one and second with all the loops you can tie the victim spread almost anyway you like.

Crowdog, I know what you mean about the opening scene in "Scream". It had such potential, especially since she was found tied outdside (if I remember right...it's been a long time). Don't care for Drew Barrymore but the scene could have been a winner given the what if's. That's what I mean about Hollywood. The movie as it turns out is about a some college aged guys doing the deeds. They are not psyhco's, in essence they're kids preforming fatal pranks. Did anybody see the last episde of "Fear Factor"? There was and upsidedown underwater dunking test that reminded me somewhat of Lisa's scene in SOB5. With all the offerings to get Rick props and stuff it would be great if someone could get him a plexiglass dunking booth. As for "Scream", you have a memory for movies that involves wishful thinking, I'm afraid. Yes, there was a bondage scene in the opening part of that movie, but it was a GUY who got bound and gagged! Ugh! The blame for this one has to go to Kevin Williamson, the openly gay screenwriter of the first two "Scream" movies. The 'capture' scene was not too bad, getting the victim out of bed and throwing her in the back of a car, but everything else about the film was extremely lame

Isolation can be an interseting setup also, such as "Dead Calm" with Nicole Kidman. A ZFX version could have soo many possibilties. Taken, bound, ravaged, escape....but no where to go. Fight back, struggle, taken again (different manner. original could be by surprize followed by a maybe a strangulation to helplessness for the second, and so on)ravaged again, etc.,etc.... Would really like to see Rick explore maybe a shipwreck theme sometime where things of similar nature could happen.

Another movie that REALLY could have used to be ZFXified was one in which Jessica Alba (dosen't she kinda of remind you of a young Lisa Kinkade....younger I shoud say, so Lisa won't get pissed.) stars in called "Paranoid". She spends a good portion of the movie handcuffed to a bed but nothing much happens. The only couple of scenes of note are one in which she gets tormented with a dry cleaning bag held over her face and another where she's struggling as she tries to reach out with her foot to get to her cell phone. I've always liked it when the victim has an opportunity by herself to try and free herself somehow, such as try and open a door while tied or knock the phone off the hook and call while bound and gagged. It adds for some drama I guess since the efforts are (or should) never be successful.

While reading some of the new archived posts, I came across a thread mentioning good scenes in books ("Lets Go Play at the Adams") and how some of those scenes were the first B&D goods that were availiable (the Conan book, "Sword of Skelos" ah yes, I remember it well). I thought I would bring up one and perhaps get some help from this esteemed panel. The first bondage book I ever got ahold of was a surprisingly well written porn paperback called "Forced to Submit". It was old (late 60's early 70's?) when I filched it from a friends fathers stash in his garage. It told the story of a woman (Sonia) imprisoned by the Nazis. Flogging, rape, ice cold showers, an electric prod up the ass leading to unwanted orgasms, there was plenty there to get into in a SOB-IV sort of way. Anyone else read this book? Remember its author's name (which might help in a search), have one they would like to sell for a generous amount of money? Any good sources for old paperback bondage porn? Its pretty much like looking for a needle in a haystack, but what heck, if anyone knows this would be the group to ask.
