In which movie is the belting scene with the bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant?

I'm looking around, and it may be from a movie names "Jattu Engineer" from 2017. I'm attempting to see if I can find the scene.

Nope. It was the strangest movie that I've ever watched, but it didn't have that scene.

OK, I spent way too much time on this. I'm 99% sure that this is an unused scene that was shot for a 5 episode web series named "Pending Love" from 2018.

I scoured the internet for the series and managed to find it on some unsavory website. I watched all five 20 minute episodes, and the whipping scene just isn't in it anywhere. However, I did manage to find some similarities from the whipping scene and other scenes from the show. It was enough to convince me that the scene was originally shot to be in it.

First, I'm pretty sure that I found the guy who was doing the whipping. You don't get a super clear view of him in the clip, but I did find someone wearing the same quilted leather jacket and sporting a shaggy beard.
Second, there is at least one unique decoration on the set that shows up in both the clip and the series.
And third, the house appears to be the same. It has the same distinct wood covered walls.
It's possible that there are more than the five episodes that I found, and the scene is in one of them. But, I haven't been able to find even a hint of that.

Perhaps you may be right. The scene was not used in a movie.
But did you see the 18+ version of the series?
Original is 18+.
Maybee you saw a censored cut version.

That's possible. I couldn't really follow the plot in Hindi, but visually the scene looks like it would fit right in the middle of the fourth episode.

The version that I had really didn't seem to be 18+. There wasn't any nudity or anything like that. But, if there is an 18+ version of it out there, I wasn't able to find it.

I did find a few more instagram posts from her about the series. Nothing as good as the original clip, but more evidence that the scene is from the web series.
