Did a quick search. Still don't know the girl, but the pic is from the HBO series True Blood (according to Bing).

That is the actress Anna Camp playing the character Sarah Newlin. It's worth doing a GIMPy search for True Blood sex and similar topics because they had some great scenes.

I thought that might have been her from the cast photo I saw, but it was hard to tell (and I don't have HBO).

Thanks guys. The Brian's Page database credits Anna Camp with 4 bondage scenes on True Blood. She's certainly cute enough to seek out that particular episode. I found another still online.
