Has anyone had experience ordering with these people? I have tried to order clips for 2 months with them and keep getting a runaround.

On an unrelated note, does anyone know where to view/buy art from williemacj. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, my experience with these folks was a one-off, as I do most of my Cruel World business with Nicheclips. But the one clip I wanted was unavailable from Cruel World, so I went with 911 Entertainment for this one time.

Anyway, I think it works so that you prepay and once your financials, in this case a credit card, are approved, they then okay the downloading of the clip? So I made my arrangements and waited, and waited, and waited and nothing seemed to have happened. So I forgot about it.
I then went back a couple of weeks later for something, and it appeared that things had gone through. Or maybe they sent me an email, I don't recall. So I downloaded the clip.

Sorry for not really answering your question in a more definitive way. Maybe the experience is better with regular customers.

Nicheclips is way more responsive. Well they should, for you "load" your NC account with money before you can buy anything. I've been a Nicheclips user for a number of years, and have never had a problem. Finances are usually approved within minutes and I've never had a problem with downloading any purchase.

Thanks for the help. Tried joining but they make you deposit money before even seeing what's available. So I'm going to deposit money just to see what I might want to buy. Right.

Hey school, there seems to be a trend towards charging before seeing the merch, not good business practices.

I haven't bought many 911/CW but did a few through nicheclips and 1 custom by contacting the directly. I did deadsexy a couple of times but that took forever.

Don't forget they have a good number of rotating (but mostly older) clips at c4s:

Keep in mind that Cruel World is operating in heavily sanctioned economy, so transactions may not be as smooth as you want.
As for prepaying to see content, I don't blame you for being leery of that. I can only say that Cruel World's products are usually very good and worth the money imo.
