I love upside down suspensions - Obviously these scenarios are difficult to produce and have to be short in duration but, for me, there's no more stressful and humiliating position to be inflicted on the unfortunate GIMP.
How vulnerable and helpless would a woman feel if she was suspended, legs spread and her arms locked behind her back totally unable to defend herself?

One of my favourite fictional scenarios involves a woman being interrogated and suspended upside down by her tormentors. The interrogators are also female and determined to break her by subjecting her to a terrible ordeal.
In my perfect scenario she'd be brought in, stripped to her underwear and strung up by her ankles. They'd then lock her arms behind her back so she's completely at their mercy. Her ankles would be repositioned spreading her legs wide apart and increasing her vulnerability. They'd then take great pleasure in removing her underwear making it clear what parts of her body are going to be targeted! They'd remove her bra and then lower (or rather raise) her panties leaving them stretched in a tight band across her thighs leaving her completely humiliated and at their mercy!
Then the interrogation begins in earnest!
