I have a particular thing for GIMP scenarios featuring female agents/cops/spies undergoing interrogation and one of my favourites involves the victim being subjected to ducking or waterboarding.
In my experience there's far less material featuring this than, say, electro - my understanding is that t's difficult to portray realistically and that water is difficult to reproduce in art form?

My interest in this started very early - there was a British TV series 'The Avengers' featuring the lovely, and sadly late, Diana Rigg as Emma Peel who regularly found hersilf in GIMP situations. Being TV it was pretty tame but in one episode which has stayed with me forever Emma was captured and subjected to a ducking to get her to reveal some information.

For me at the time it was riveting - she was ducked 3 times but the third time she was held under for much longer until she gave in. She was under for about 35 seconds! I remember my excitement at the time and remember hoping her ordeal would continue and they'd keep holding her under, longer and longer, until she started to struggle.

This time she's shown no mercy and held under for a lot longer while her tormentors look on

Emma's eventually let back up - her lungs are bursting and she can't take any more of this and cooperates with her captors.
Which is unfortunate as it would have been great to see her ordeal go on for a good while longer!

I don't have links at the ready, but the water torture scenes that come to mind are:

-Geena Davis in "A Long Kiss Goodnight" (minds think alike Klingsor!)
-Jennifer Garner in "Alias" (forget which episode)

These scenes are complicated to stage, so don't think you usually see them in commercial clips aside from the oocasional dunk in a bucket of water (which may not include true restraint).

South Of The Border 4 was probably my favourite ZFX production for all kinds of reasons but I particularly enjoyed the scene where Lisa Kinkaid was suspended upside down and repeatedly lowered into a bath of water. There was no interrogation as such and they were doing it just because they could!
In a nice touch they also had some fun by applying a tazer to her ass while she was submerged - it was great watching her struggle, hands clenching and unclenching and her ass jiggling as they worked her over.

On the artworks front the attached is one of my favourites in the waterboarding category. This is obviously a superheroine scenario but I can easily imagine the victim as a captured agent or spy. I like the way her ankles are secured spreading her legs so her captors can have a little fun with her while she's under.

In my perfect scenario she's a female agent who's been captured by her nemesis and her accomplices (also female). They're interrogating her for information but she's highly trained and stubbornly refuses to talk (she also knows that when she talks her use to them is over).
They start off by lowering her under and holding her down for 60 seconds. She's then let up for 5 seconds before being put under again. Each time she's put under they increase the time by 15 seconds. Every time they take pleasure in telling her how long she's going under for this time.
At first she's able to cope using advanced breathholding techniques but by the time she's put under for the 8th time she's being held down for nearly 3 minutes and she's struggling for lack of oxygen and desperately straining against her bonds. Her tormentors laugh at her ordeal and show her no mercy
Eventually she cracks and tells them what they want to know
