A ZFX question

Just came across a ZFX video with lots of great action (but only simulated sex) that has an opening screen saying it takes place in the "Kenneth P. Staar Regional Psychiatric Hospital." Does anyone know which video that is, and who the star victim is?
Youth wants to know, as they said on the radio back then.
